Washington.
While I am certainly not telling others to file complaints, I would
not consider it impolite or any kind of imposition for others to use
applicable parts of my text to help them draw up a complaint of their
own. Some may not have felt able to act for fear of being the only one
filing a complaint and thus being subjected to Scientology's fair game
terrorism tactics. Others may just not have known what to write, and
to whom.... Well, if my text can assist you in your own efforts I will
consider it an honor.
I know that many here on a.r.s. and lurkers too have been criminally
harmed, scammed, fair-gamed, etc...by Scientology's conglomerate. They
have felt themselves to be above the law for decades.
It does not help the USA or any other democratic nation to remain
silent about crimes you have been subjected to or know of happening to
friends, associates or family members. By your own silence you give
your consent to be harmed, and encourage the criminals to harm even
more people in the future.
It does not have to be that way.

Criminal complaint, Civil Rights complaint, Request for Investigation,
Request for Dept. of Justice criminal prosecution of the Church of
Scientology International, International Association of
Scientologists, Church of Spiritual Technology, David Miscavige,
Marty Rathbun, Michael Rinder, Kendrick Moxon, Ava Paquette, Helena
Kobrin, Eugene Ingram, Michael Hurtado, and further accomplices in
the crimes discovered during investigations.
Honorable Attorney General,
Our President, George W. Bush, while speaking in Orlando recently
asked us to "help make America safer".
In line with that wish, and in response to the repeated requests by
numerous members of government since September 11, 2001 I am
providing you with information in the attached documents concerning
some of the very un-American activities of the Church of Scientology
International and its long-term continuing illegal and covertly
terrorist operations. This totalitarian group, acting under a
"religious" garb has the active and current intent (in line with the
"Command Intention" of its late guru L. Ron Hubbard) of placing itself
in a position of effective and permanent control of the United States
of America, its citizens, government and assets. This is not an
exaggeration. In pursuing this fanatical goal the group operatives
consider themselves above the Law.
This letter also, as fully denoted in the Title, is a criminal
complaint and constitutes my request for a full criminal prosecution
of the illegal activities of the Church of Scientology International
and its network of involved operatives.
I have been personally subjected to its terroristic and vindictive
"fair game", as well as its calculated perversions of the U.S. Justice
system (which have denied me my right to justice), its
"tax-exempt/"charitable" funding of perjury and spurious lawsuits
against me and my attorney, and its illegal machinations by private
investigators and sleazy lawyers. When a group conspires to
deliberately harm a citizen outside all legal frameworks that group is
criminal. When it does this on the inherited orders of some idolized
guru (to systematically destroy the lives of those who leave his cult)
it is a fanatical criminal organization.
I had been a member of the Church of Scientology from 1973 to 1997
when I left due to finally discovering its fraud on me and the false
promises and lies I had been told while a member to get me to give
them, in total, about half a million dollars. I did not get the
results I was promised for my money. I fought their fraud,
intimidation and craziness internally from 1991 to 1997 to no avail.
All I got for my efforts was increasing attacks on my life, career and
finances. That money had been hard-earned as a professional artist. It
was literally all I had from over 20 years of my career. In the end I
decided to sue Scientology and engaged the help of Graham E. Berry, a
California attorney.
Instead of allowing the court case to proceed along the lines of
United States Justice procedures the Scientology cult's covert
operations department ("Office of Special Affairs" or OSA) decided to
privately attack both myself and my attorney with numerous scurrilous
actions designed to stop the litigation by bankrupting both of us and
forcing us to dismiss it because of the resulting lack of funds. This
they did and accomplished in 1999. They had attacked my career
connections, business contacts, friends, jobs and income sources by
paid operatives over a total of six years . Attacking my attorney was
designed to deprive me of my rights to a fair trial as plaintiff and
to deprive him of victory in the case on my behalf. My case is a very
valid one and must have scared the Scientology cult into perpetrating
more "outlaw" activities to prevent it from ever going to trial and to
stop their crimes from going on the public record.
Full details and factual history of these actions are included in
the Los Angeles Court records (and in Mr. Berry's own criminal
complaint that he is sending to you), so I will keep things simple by
not repeating them here. I have, however, included relevant background
information, as posted to the internet in my attachments to this
complaint.
Why am I sending you this complaint? One reason is because all other
options of obtaining "Equal Justice Under The Law" have been exhausted
in my current circumstances.
Additionally, I firmly believe that Scientology's fanatical network
operating both abroad and in the USA presents a clear and present
danger to the United States of America. It is a vital matter
concerning a real threat to homeland security. Their methods are less
about physically bombing buildings and institutions than about
subverting communication systems, corporations, agencies and finances
to Scientology by covert means designed to wrest control away from "We
The People" and the U.S duly elected government. The so-called
"church" of Scientology has already been classified as a
"psycho-terrorist group" by the government of Germany. Its leaders
were jailed in the late 1970s for precisely this kind of illegal
activities. It continues today, and often with the very SAME internal
covert operations department (Dept 20) and people doing the illegal
actions as did them in the 70s (one example is Kendrick Moxon, an
unindicted co-conspirator in the 1970s case who is also behind many of
the illegal activities today).
From my own 24-year experience in Scientology, going up to its
highest levels as a client, and with the clear perception of hindsight
I see that the parallels I have discovered between Scientology and
other fanatical terrorist networks, such as Al Quaeda/Bin Laden are so
numerous that I have drawn-up a special summary of them in an
attachment to this letter. (Attachment #1). It clearly shows 75 points
that characterize a terrorist group. Both Scientology and Al Quaeda
have all 75 of them. I firmly believe its finances should be frozen
during investigation just as has happened with similar terrorist
networks.
Scientology's full-time, large staff, department 20 (OSA, or "Office
of Special Affairs") indulges in
1) harassment of individuals who dare to say what they know about its
scam, and
2) the implementation of projects designed to eliminate opposition to
Scientology's aims by any available means, legal or illegal and
3) the perversion of the Justice System by spurious lawsuits,
perjury-based court filings, campaigns of litigation overwhelm and
blackmail and/or intimidation of judges and court officials.
The blackmailing and covert operations against the IRS by OSA (over
2,000 lawsuits solicited of Scientology members against the IRS as an
attack strategy) in the early 1990's forcibly got Scientology it's
false cloak of "religiosity". They now use this false garb to
perpetrate campaigns of intimidation/fear/terror against individuals
and groups on a large scale and without accountability. Using
tax-exempt dollars to attack and ruin people's lives is no charitable
activity! It is strikingly similar to a Mafia group.
Now Scientology is also found to have been connected to, and
received funds from, the biggest Ponzi Scheme in US history (Reed
Slatkin, who bilked about $530,000,000.00) from investors. This is
covered at www.slatkinfraud.com. This FBI investigation is ongoing.
In April of 2001, 5 months prior to Sept. 11th, I had even posted
an article accusing Scientology of terrorism to an internet newsgroup
entitled "The Current War on American soil against certain American
Citizens and Residents by Scientology". (Attachment #2). It clearly
describes the kinds of actions that Scientology uses to terrorize
those who have seen through their fraud and want justice, such as
myself.
Scientology just hopes that their own brand of domestic and
international terrorism will go "unnoticed" until it is too late for
countries to do much about it. Greece caught OSA in the act and banned
Scientology from Greece. OSA, the network of covert operatives, know
no limits in their arrogant audacity to infiltrate, get leverage over
positions of power and insert its agenda into governing agencies.
Their published aim, dictated by Hubbard, is world-domination by
Scientology and the ELIMINATION OF ANY AND ALL non-Scientology
entities, non-compliant citizens, non-Hubbard technologies and all
non-Scientology based governments. This sounds crazy, but it is true,
and may be easily inspected as to its veracity. Such claims are in
writing and easily available. They are just like the Taliban, who
think they have all the answers and want to force the world by any and
all means to adopt their agenda.
Scientology's armed and protected compound in Hemet, Riverside
County, California is a main base of secret operations in the USA. It
is called "Gold Base" locally. It has a "front" as a filming studio,
and they do make films for members, but it is also their secret
operations base for strategic planning. The effective head of the
multiple networks of Scientology resides there (David Miscavige).
Their other "churches" (really cult-related businesses) act as cash
cows to finance the management in its secret activities that even the
most senior "public" Scientologists do not know about. The top
Scientology celebrities (Travolta, Cruise, Presley) do not even hear
about such things. I know about some of them as I have been on the
"receiving end" of them. Since 1997 I have also had a chance to study
Scientology's activities very extensively. Many other aspects of this
are available on the internet in the vast and informative
"groups.Google.com" archives of the newsgroup
alt.religion.scientology. For convenience, it has its own search
engine.
I am not a lawyer, so law and litigation intricacies are over my
head, but I do rely upon the Dept of Justice now to assist me in
seeing justice is done.
From the time I crossed swords with Scientology on my own matters in
1991 I have had a truly awful time trying to get justice for myself.
It has been a devastatingly harrowing and very trying experience.
I was inflicted with emotional distress by campaigns of false data
and innuendo by OSA both in France and the USA.
The way Scientology deals with people who see through its scam is to
go after them, using the money it gets from its scams on its trusting
clients as well as tax-exempt funds, and driving them into financial,
social, and professional ruin, per Hubbard's orders.
The targeting of citizens of the USA for harassment, ruin, covert
operations etc because they go against Scientology's plans is by no
means limited to just a few people. Thousands can attest and testify
to this. Many are named on alt.religion.scientology, and many others
are too afraid to come forward.
It is my sincere hope, by the filing of this criminal complaint,
that the criminal elements of the Scientology cult will be brought to
justice and that America will be made safe from its infiltration,
subversion and domination both now and in the future.
Mr. Attorney General, I thank you for your kind attention to this
matter, and I remain at the disposition of your Department, as well as
any other U.S. government or law enforcement agency that needs my
assistance in making America safer.

I think the first time I noticed the people stalking my house, Ed
Richardson I realize now, was during the '97 Clearwater picket... which
was unbelievable on many levels.
For one thing... I hadn't even picketed yet.
The original Clam Nanny software had 'Zinjifar' in it... but not my
name... weird... nobody could understand why... but by then they'd
already begun taking photos of my house... followed soon by RodF's
'outing'.

Pretty strong reaction from a guy who in all the years I've known him has
been afraid to even reveal who he is :)
No prob Lurky... I didn't react too violently to stalkers... it was
amusing.
Many people see that differently.
Most OSA stalking isn't about the 'victim' anyway... it's to try to
attempt extortion through others, who are not involved.
It's why OSA likes to go for aged, infirm relatives.

a legitimate reason to be skeeved. It's pretty freaky to have people
aiming a camera at your private residence. (If you have a landmarkish
sort of house, then it's easier to explain, but I doubt Zinj's house
has all that much aesthetic value that people would randomly take
