" In the end of the Sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week... "
Mt. 28:1 KJV

*******************************************************************************************************

anyone with a Greek Lexicon of the NT who really wants to do the will of God by naming
Sunday as the Sabbath, though the Sabbath means much more than which day of the week it
falls on, can simply read the original text and find how the translator's did such a poor
job of translating this verse into English.

the word " week " is translated into English though the word Sabbath is found in the
original text.

the passage should read according to the original text...

" In the end of the Sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first Sabbath. "

what " end " of the Sabbath ? the end of the OT Sabbath as falling on Saturday.
( plus much more than that )

what " first Sabbath " ? ( the word " day " is not in the original ) the NT Sabbath falls
on Sunday... changed by God in honor of the Lord Jesus Christ.

argue against God as you will you who insist on a Saturday Sabbath. these don't want to
do the will of God, they are the Legalist's who want to make a show in the flesh.

why are you Sunday Sabbatarian's put out of their synagogues since Mt. 28:1 is legalistic
OT Saturday ? " They shall put you out of the synagogues... " simply because the elect
have entered His rest, which is salvation... and the indwelling of the Holy Spirit who
" teach you all things " ( Jn. 14:26 ) that Mt. 28:1 changes the Sabbath from the Law of
Moses to the Law of Christ.

the Sabbatarians have no need to obey God since the same Sabbatarians post time and time
again what " infidels " Sunday Sabbatarians are... and so they've done for years. they
don't want to be put out of their synagogues because its home to them seeing as they have
not entered His rest by salvation and are not taught by the Holy Spirit so as to take even
the slightest interest in finding out the truth by a careful study of Mt. 28:1and Lk.
24:1.

the two witnesses agree... Mt. 28:1 and Lk. 24:1; both passages render the word " week "
from the word " Sabbath, " which is entirely the wrong rendering.

but why should the Sabbatarians ever want to trade denomination tradition for obedience to
the very God who's rest they pretend to have entered. ?
