Drink 8 oz of Robotussin Max cough syrup. You will find out if you
are truly CYP2D6 resistant or just another junkie who can't feel the
codiene because it's not strong enough. Make sure to tell everyone
what happens.

I have to agree about REM slep and I too have a lot of trouble
with sleep.  I take taurine 500 mg,  one, two or three caps
starting at my
nominal bed time and if one gets me to sleep I don't take the
next one.
If two won't get me to sleep I take the third one.

Unfortunately lots of judges deny the jurymen that opportunity.
To get out of jury duty in the USA usually the mention of this power
to overturn the unjust law is enough.  Ohh the danger to society of
justice.

I have tried it but don't like it. Junkies use it in preference to
codeine as it's stronger. I never had a habit but I have used. I
preferred shooting amphetamine sulphate to H. in the time before
crack. I've done that too but it's too expensive to get a habit.

Now I remember, but I don't get what you mean "usually deleted in the

I haven't tried that. It's just a supplement isn't it?

I've heard of it but haven't tried it as I think I'm lactose
intolerant. I'm also alcohol intolerant during relapses.

My email is valid but I haven't been able to meditate as well as I did

Isn't that unconstitutional?
We don't have this in the UK.

which happened to a former correspondent on cfs-l years back
when it was still at the previous server.
The best thing about taurine is that it is very inexpensive
and may work.  If it fails you won't be out much money.

Whey protein has little to do with lactose,  I thought
I would be allergic myself but it helped me and then I got
into milk and realized that it has two protein components:
casein which is the insoluble protein floating in suspension of
water, lactose, etc., milk fat and whey which is a soluble protein
in that water.  Whey is separated out in cheese making and the
powdered whey is a very rich source of many long chain
amino acids in that about a 60 cc measure contains about 17-18
grams of very good protein.  I am apparently sensitive to bovine
casein but not bovine whey nor Goat milk.

And the Undenatured part is important too.  It means that
the substance has not been subjected to high temperature
Pasteurization.  That is enough to ruin the therapeutic qualilty
of the Whey.  A French doctor used to give his patients a
whey supplement made from some of that fine French milk which
was being used to produce some lovely expensive cheese.  The
doctor found out about the problem when the government insisted
that the milk be Pasteurized  at much higher temperatures which
led to the whey being unable to help the patients.  So this sort
of product mentions low temperature processing and ultra-filtration
usually instead, of a clear statement about being Undenatured
Whey.

This is Ki or Chi breathing and it has another name as well
but it is not concerned with pranayama but simply with breathing in
a slow controlled manner say 4 times a minute but you can make
progress from a much faster breathing rate.
I think of it as merely a form of bio-feedback training.

What don't you have in the UK?

Which ones are dangerous? I sometimes take 5-HTP, Guarana, Omega-3 and
L-Phenylalanine. 1 and 3 have no evident effect but 2 and 4 are
effective stimulants.

That explains why I can eat cheese or yoghurt but not raw milk.

Oh, you mean Chi Gong. I studied T'ai Chi Chuan and Kung Fu under Chee
Sui in the 1980's. Using breath control I can focus strength into any
limb but it's endurance that's the problem with ME.

Such a jury law and a written constitution. The law goes on precedent.

Damn me! U R right. It's a stimulant like Guarana which I prefer.
How can it help with sleeping?

Casey Jones was a real person, a train engineer who died in an awful crash;
he had stayed on board trying to slow the train in order to save others.

The cocaine thing, though, was entirely made up by the Dead.
