Hello Ken, I was reading Chapter 3: The Disease Theory. On page 34, second paragraph, you wrote, "Rush's ideas were picked up by the growing Temperance Movement." Could you elaborate which Temperance Movement you're meaning? Are you speaking of the Washingtonians? Just curious because it seems you skipped over the American Temperance Movement.... more »
