OK - now back to business:
Friday evening:
Post office
Home Depot (purchased 2 60ft rolls of landscape edging and a bottle
of poison ivy killer)
Piano Practice
Saturday:
Weeded flower beds (3 large outdoor trashcans full, and there's
still more to be done).
Moved a couple of plants which were being over-powered by nearby
larger plants.
Discussed future garden/landscape plans with DHM (dear housemate)
Arranged the landscape edging to see if it was enough for one of the
areas we wanted to use it on. Both rolls together were just enough.
Helped DHM get air conditioners out of the attic and install all but
one of them.
Grocery shopping
We decided that when the weather is nice on the weekends (we are
usually far too busy during the week), we'll concentrate on the outside
stuff and do inside decluttering when the weather is nasty.
Meeting
Spread the remains of last year's mulch delivery on one of the
flower beds we're working on.
Sunday:
Pancake breakfast
Discussed problem of bird messses and possible solutions
Installed, with DHM, 60 feet of the landscape edging (around
precisly half of the bed we had planned). The rest will have to wait
Got ready for piano recital (which went very well).
Vegged and did a little volunteer work for the rest of the evening.
This morning:
Started catching up on dirty dishes again.
Boy are my legs sore from all of that weeding. I never did get to the
bill paying. I'll have to do that before my trip.
Have a great day, all!

Whatever you wish for me, may you have twice as much.

I'll aim for three next go-round...there's certainly no shortage of
