did you see the recall about the cribs? not sure if you have this model or
not but it was 1 mil in the us and 1.2 in canada. Lee

Totally missed this post...
I actually did see the recall about cribs. Thanks for thinking of me.
I actually don't even use the crib, really. My crib I got when I had to
replace the original one when DD1 was 6 months old has fixed sides and I
haven't heard of any recalls on it. I also have it modified as a half-crib,
half-toddler bed to modify it as a co-sleeper ;) (it actually converts from
a crib to a toddler bed, so it's all good)
Another reason I don't use many things that so many seem to see as 'vital'
baby gear. All the recalls with lead or safety hazards are crazy. Cribs,
strollers, car seats, playpens, jolly jumpers, etc... I just use the bare
necessities that I need to use to hopefully avoid finding a recall on one
baby item a week!
