Get yourself a pair of those black sleeping masks. Only cost a couple of
bucks at any drug store. They cover your eyes when you go into the tube
and without seeing the inside walls of the tube you may not get
claustrophobic. Other than the noise and banging the machine makes, just
hope that you don't get a really bad itch you need to scratch.
