LETTERBOXING?

Today, while hiking in the woods , I discovered a new pastime called
Letterboxing by accident. Mom spied a bit of blue peeking from under a
rotten, collapsed log. It was a Letterbox. It is similar to Geocaching, but
a bit different. Clues are posted on a website that you search. The
letterboxes contain logbooks and supplies and, sometimes clues to more
letterboxes. I've searched my area and there are several that I can try to
