I honestly think he's one of the most gifted musicians in MUSIC, not just
electronica. I have a live set from him where the brilliant piece of shit plays
bongos while spinning.

Judging by your screen name you probably wouldn't like him. I guess he could
best be described as "trance" but a lot of his stuff goes beyond the boundaries
of definition...he's quite creative

BT = Brian Transeau

He's mainly a producer, i.e. he makes his own original music. His
previous albums were progressive trance / epic house. "Movement In
Still Life" is his latest album, and it incorporates elements of
breakbeats into his traditional sound of trance. Other similar artists
in his style are Paul Van Dyk, Humate, Sasha, Chicane, Tilt, etc etc.

Hehehe. Yay, I get to brag now :oP~ Yes, I do own every single thing that BT
has ever had any hand in doing (i'm talking unreleased stuff too, hehehe). No,
I'm not selling or copying anything unless you have live shows I would trade
for. A much better BT site than BT's official (and unfinished site) is
http://home.earthlink.net/~whohah/BT/

There you'll find everything you ever wanted to know and links to other BT
info. I hope that helps, and if anyone wants to talk about his music, hit me up
with an email or Instant Message.
Peace,
