BTW, Fibromyalgia is not an infestation, one is not infested with it, as it

give disability on Fibromyalgia alone, and especially not without fighting
for it through the appeals process first.

because of a mental disorder either. My disability date is the day of my
accident, which I have offered to prove before, but no one took me up on. It
was the injuries I sustained, plus two pre-existing congenital conditions
(non-classic adrenal hyperplasia and congenital hip dysplasia), that made
the injuries much worse, that resulted in my going on disability.

Had. I was diagnosed with Nocturnal Panic Disorder. It is not a mental
illnes, but a psychiatric one due to a chemical imbalance. I did not require
any cognitive behavioral therapy (which someone with a mental illness
requires), and was strictly treated by using medication. That is because NPD
is _not_ situational, unlike most panic disorders/attacks. I never had a
panic attack during the day, ever. Not all psychiatric disorders result in
mental illness, but all mental illness are psychiatric and/or phsychological
in origin.

Which is not a mental illness, according to the DSMV. If having Aspergers
makes one mentally ill, then Steven Spielberg is mentally ill, and Brent
Cohen (creator of BiTorrent) are mentally ill. Microsoft must be run by a

employees have Aspergers or other forms of autism, as do their children. So
much so, that Bill Gates opened an onsite clinic for autistim treatment and
diagnosis. Gates himself is believed to have Aspergers, he has neither
confirmed or denied it, but he shows many classic autism traits and
behaviours.

weak, but ludicrous. And mentally challenged people do not have IQ's ranging
in the 140's. Mentally challenged individuals have borderline or below IQ's.
Borderline is between 80 and 100. If I were mentally challenged, do you
think I would have graduated high school on the Honor Roll? Attended
college? Received my certification in Dietetics? Became a certified
healthcare food service manager? Worked in restaurants preparing seafood and
as a baker?

accept the facts. Just because *you* strongly suspect something to be a
given, does not mean that _others_ agree with you. And Kevin, Joey and

He isn't contadicting you, he put the word "disability" in double-quotation
marks in the subject line, indicating that he is using the term loosely in
describing you. Is your reading comprehension and understanding that you
don't know the meaning of putting words in double-quotation marks? No one
doubts that you are most likely mentally ill, based on your own revelations
of allegedly having panic disorder and agoraphobia. But many question if you
are affected so much that you are totally disabled and incapable of holding
any kind of job as a result. Lot's of mentally ill people are capable of
holding jobs and supporting themselves with proper treatment. I look at
Kenny and his dysthymia, with encouragement and help from his therapist, he
went back to school and sought gainful employment. Or look at William, he
has tried to not go the federal disability route, though he probably
qualified; and though he has had failures along the way, he keeps trying. If
you are so disabled by mental illness that you are incapable of being
employed in any fashion, then you are the one who is severely mentally ill,
not I. And I suspect that there may be a lot more you are not telling, or
you are faking it as your ex-roomie/friend Joe claims. And Joe isn't the
only one who alleges you fake it. It is really funny for someone who *is*
admittidly mentally ill, to online diagnose someone else as. More proof at
just how delusional and out-of-touch with reality that you are.
