Again with the foolishness? There is no threat in my original post.
No one with whom I've been talking about or with have made any overt
threat(s). The consensus is that THEY, the employees, are convinced
it isn't IF someone will react with violence but WHEN.

You got one thing right. The pen is mighter than the sword.
Therefore I handle mine via the "ways of handling grievences". Again
