CSX likes to say "It begins with the customer".

Odd considering crews are told don't worry about spotting (working)
the customer, just don't get hurt.

Very odd considering the industry jobs are being cut to one trainman
to not get hurt vs actually spotting cars at sidings.

Odd to the point of Ripley's considering management has repeatedly
laughed, joked and said " go to trucks" after handling a customer
complaint.

Don't know any details but a pissing contest between a track
supervisor and Transportation Supervisor has resulted in cars for one
customer to be delayed. Something about height clearance. Lies were
told about cars leaving marks on a bridge due to close clearance.

It seems a particular car was mistakenly left in a train and someone
was in place to watch the car pass the bridge in question. It seems
the restriction was unwarranted.
