The freeloaders are vermin who can afford to buy health insurance but
don't. They gamble that they won't get sick, or that they'll be able
to stick workers like me with their bills if they do get sick. They
also crowd emergency rooms with non-emergency problems.

So it's apparent that Obamacare is imposing a penalty or a freeloaders
tax on such vermin. Call it either one. The real nature is clear.

Maybe the hospital should take the freeloading perp to small claims
court. Since when is Obama the arbitrator of debt? Shouldn't he be
"penalizing" everybody that owes anybody anything? We shouldn't
