A quick history of proven fraud and disgrace "Col. Bill Kilgore"

for creating nyms to argue with himself, eventually creating his "Col.
Bill Kilgore" sock to "run" himself off of usenet in an effort to try
to establish himself as a "force to be reconned with" in usenet. He
stalked and harrassed a guy name Scott C. Smith, who posted his actual
name and military service records while proving "Col. Bill
Kilgore" (who claimed to be an actual retired Colonel with two wars
and 27 years of service under his belt..not a guy who borrowed the
name of an Apocolypse Now character) to be a fraud and disgrace.
He created a blog pretending to be living in wealth of a claimed 5-
figure monthly pension (impossible for a retired Colonel of his
claimed service) in "Southwest Florida". When it was made obvious
that he had borrowed the bulk of his biographical detail from a
"William E. Kilgore" of Clearwater, FL, who, in addition to being a
retired Colonel, was also a retired orthopedic surgeon (thus the five
figure monthly pension claimed), he began to emphasize a late added
"S" middle initial and drawing red herrings to a William S. Kilgore in
Cape Coral, FL., before trying to slither away from uset altogether.
Only his need to pretend to have left usenet under "honorable"
circumstances blew up in his face when the Leelanau sock he used to
post a carefully modified obituary (date of death two years after
actual death in order to feed the ruse) was exposed as an already
known Timothy S. Watson sock, so he had to slip back in with his tail
firmly between his legs as everybodies favorite kick-ball.
This status of laughing stalk has obviously proven unbearable as he
has now obviously endeavored to recreate the myth of usenet
consequence he was seeking when he first created his "Col. Bill
Kilgore" sock, though under a series of new socks.
If you call the numbers above be sure to explain that Col. Bill
Kilgore cannot name a command ever held or a medal received for his
oft touted 27 years of military service, because he would surely be
prosecuted under the stolen valor act.
In 2001 he posted from the military hospital at Ft. Sam Houston during
the exact period as a phase 1 Orthopedic Specialty Course was being
held for people of rank E-5 and "below".
His Patriot Gaymes fellow sock posted in the 90's that his name was
"Bob Milby Jr." and in another post in more recent years posted he
lived in Clearwater, FL., the last place at which the orthopedic
surgeon he borrowed most of his biographical information from worked.
