  Not sure about any shortwave transmitters available but here is a few &lt;br&gt; other alternatives. &lt;br&gt; The Yaesu FT 747 gx is a HF Ham rig but by using the keypad you can &lt;br&gt; get it to transmit on 11 meters (CB) this radio can often be found on &lt;br&gt; Ebay. It will also transmit in the AM Broadcast Band but may require &lt;br&gt; some work on a proper antenna.
