7 element low pass filter

I have a FRB 7 element low pass filter and am going to 150 Watts (Im
running 20 watts now). What happens if I use the 7 element instead of
the 9 element that they recommend? I can't find any answers to this.

if you are running one element less then you will have less harmonics rejections, but 7 elements should be well. try to use the last element #7 values using #7 values (if cap and coil are differents).
