You are in possession of an email message, which would convert China,
India & the Middle East and destroy the Bible Belt, that I sent to the
Sacred Heart Catholic Church Salisbury, NC and 36 local area churches
within 5 miles.

As of 8:00 am Thursday 08/30/07, I have received no pizza, no
transportation offers and only one offer of food assistance (below),
which would require an 8 mile bike trip!!!

I need transportation to the Rowan Salvation Army or Rowan Helping
Ministry in order to obtain free food!

I ate the last of the grits yesterday and am eating the last of the
green bean seeds today. I email at the library (not daily - a 2 mile
bike trip) so I might not receive your answer, if I have to go to the
Charlotte Homeless Shelter tomorrow.

I will have to use the last segment of the train ticket I purchased
after I was imprisoned.

I have appealed to my deceased brothers girlfriend in email and 'snail
mail' but have received no answer. I also sent copies to:

Hi Jody,

I waited for you as long as I could, since you said you would be up
this way July 16. To me, you seemed interested in the offer of $500/
month interest on the loan that I was going to offer.

I did not get the assistance I thought I would get from Michael's high
school buddy Jim Rutledge of the Kannapolis Real Estate Agency, the
one that rented out Echo Ave. for him.

I also failed to interest the owner of Sandy Ridge Service (1/4 mile
from here) after he saw the outside.

I am told that an acre is going for $30K and that Echo Ave. is about ½
acre. Demolition runs about $1K. Cabarrus tax value is about $38K.

I can pay you back the $6K I owe you if you co-sign for a loan, with
either of the 3 properties set as security and/or as a 1st lien to
you.

I cannot get a loan without a job and I cannot get food stamps because
I own too much property.

Transportation to the Rowan Salvation Army or Rowan Helping Ministries
requires a $3 train trip, $2 for buses & a 2 mile bike trip each way.
They will only provide food - I've used up my 'power' assistance this
year.

After I become employed (3 months I think), I will be able to get a
loan on my own and pay you back, if you decide on another course of
action.

I and the cats have enough grits till Monday, after which I will have
to use up the last segment of the train ticket I purchased after my
imprisonment - go to Charlotte 's Homeless Shelter (way better than
Salisbury 's) and abandon the cats.

If you read my email and listened to Hilary Clinton campaigning ("You
and I were meant to fly..." - campaign theme song chorus), then you're
aware that we are both fighting "fear", but I cannot begin recovering
what is due to us until -

With the content that I've put on the internet I could convert China,
India & the Middle East and destroy the Bible Belt - in effect
leveling all the 'mountains'.

I will not put these accomplishments in jeopardy by claiming any
responsibility for the 'drought', there is way too much baggage.

P.S.

I put this letter in mailbox at 2:20 p.m. 08/22/07 for pickup before 4
p.m. The letter was not picked up. I took the letter to the Landis
Post Office at about 8:00 a.m. the next morning. A clerk said pickup
would be at 1:00 p.m. This email contains only a few cosmetic changes.

My email account passwords have now been changed. If you would like to
have access I will have to deliver them in person. If you did not
access them since July 17 I have included the last email that I sent
before getting a flat tire at the library on 05/30/07.

If you would like to call in a pizza I'll leave the gate open. I will

The vanity plate on my truck reads:

Proverbs 11:14 Where there is no governor, the people shall fall: but
there is safety where there is much counsel.

However King James' version of the Bible decided to omit the word
governor and contend that only counselors could be held responsible
for troubles of the day.

Hence, the rise of Southern Baptist's call for personal

2nd NBC6.com Lawsuit

A part of the City of Kannapolis Suit Details - "You'll never convince
women that Billy Graham's hometown doesn't figure prominently in
feeding 'Cashew Village'.doc" was deleted from NBC6.com Forums on
12/28/06.

As I said before, and am now adding:

1. In March of 1974 in the Daily Independent, it was reported that I
was asking members of the Kannapolis School Board: "...why had
students at A. L. Brown stoned me, while I was there wearing sandwich
signs that asked "Who do you fear Cannon Mills or God?"

2. In November 1974 two newspapers (Winston-Salem Journal & The
Charlotte Observer) reported on Sunday's page 1a that I had been
wearing the same signs at several gates of Cannon Mills during the
TWUA union drive effort.

3. In 1983 a Cabarrus County Superior Court judge and jury were told
that:

A. I considered myself "blackballed" having spent the last 18 months
unemployed, after being fired at Cannon Mills for bringing a fan to
work. I told them that a continuously un-repaired malfunctioning sheet
dryer range machine was spewing hot air in my work area making it hot
as "hell".
B. I suffered "lack of insight" from using marbles to make decisions.
C. I was "rigid" in my religious beliefs.
D. I was a Catholic and that I thought marriage was forever.
E. Judge Long sentenced me to 18-24 months in prison,. I served 8
months, during which for the first time, the whole nation imported hay
from Canada to feed their livestock.

4. Since 1997 I've been employed in establishing my innocence through
postings on Charlotte TV stations message board forums. This was
accomplished by my 2 posts to NBC6.com on 11/26/06, but when:

A. There was no one who could answer my posts.
B. I had all my posts to "What Makes You Mad-> Eve's Rage" message
board deleted 12/28/06
C. I was banned.

NBC6.com admitted that I had destroyed all religions.

5. As an agreement to pleading guilty to April 17, 2007 in Cabarrus
County District Court to "No Tag/No Insurance" charge I agreed to tell
the judge how to stop the flu, if he would grant my freedom. Before I
did, I defended the conditions upon which caused me to be unable to
avoid being charged, when I stated:

A. ... that because I had spent all my time on posting to message
boards on the Internet, I now stand to make millions of dollars from
lawsuits. (having in my hand a copy of 3 days after winning PICK 3).
B. The Bible teaches us that the working man is incapable of getting
wisdom.

6. After sentencing I told the judge that Quinine Sulfate would stop
the flu - I also told fellow inmates.

7. I never mentioned in court that:

A. The region suffered +8 degrees below the record low for April,
within 24 hours after my arrest.

C. With on again/off again Hi-Lo temperatures there were going to be
a lot of people to test my miracle cure for the flu on.

8. When all means of telling my story:

A. The Bible teaches us that the working man is incapable of getting

would cut off my power, if I did not make a payment of $93.81 by
5:00pm Friday, 01/19/2007.

I need to cash in ticket now -please get it notarized!

01/16/2007 - Tuesday

Arrested at home. Charge was: CIVIL CONTEMPT OF COURT (FAILING TO
ANSWER INTERROGATORIES). I had $392.20 with me, being told that bond
might be possible.

Arrest warrant (that was confiscated later) states that:

I had 10 days, after being served, to answer "INTERROGATORIES". If
after 10 days the "INTERROGATORIES" were not answered, I could be
arrested. After 10 days, even if I did not answer "INTERROGATORIES", I
was not to be arrested - if I suffered from a medical condition.

I had been suffering from back pain for the last three weeks. I had
gotten rid of most of back pain, through daily exercises, except for
one area, which did not heal from exercises. When exiting this pain
and all the other previous pains came back, so much so that I was bent
over after getting out of the police car. The officer noticed. I was
bent over when entering Magistrate's building, when getting up to talk
to Magistrate and when leaving the building. I was bent over walking
toward the Rowan County Detention Center building where there are a
slanted walkway and stairs. The arresting officer commented he should
have had me not go up the stairs.

I received no medications for this condition while I was incarcerated,
although I complained, while being bent over in pain, upon entering
and leaving at both the Rowan County Detention Center intake & the
Wake County Detention Center intake.

I was bent over in pain all the days of my incarceration and spent all
my time at the Rowan County Detention Center on the floor (as there
were no lower bunks available, also upon leaving someone offered me a
pillow - as I was not issued one).

Held at Rowan County Detention Center (seemingly meatless meals (most
need magnifying glass) - hospital injects vitamins later)

The Conditions of Release and Release Order has the signature of
Steven P. Julian, Magistrate (Bond: $3426.28)

01/17/2007 - Wednesday

Mat on floor is 12 feet away from toilets. Later a 20? year old places
his mat near mine. He brags, to his friends, of his desire to become
rich from selling drugs after his release. His buddies come by and
smoke (forbidden & not tobacco) every night. Inmates paste toilet
paper on tiles (to cover the spaces that toilet curtains don't) to
hide their activities at night. No TV, with all tables and chairs
filled with card players, leaves me with nothing to do except lay on
mat. Some inmates map out a walk around bunks - staring blindly out,
avoiding eye contacts. I use nearby bunk to pull myself up off of
floor to go get & return meal tray and trips to toilet.

There is one character, who seems to be head honcho, with friends. He
brags of the size of his penis, going around pointing at men saying
"hey you, me you umph + umph (finger + fist gestures), tonight! I get
this treatment the night before my transfer!

Was taken to see an official, who the arresting officer had said might
aid in my release. He had said, that if it were himself, he would
spend the night in jail and talk to this guy the next morning - before
he would pay his hard-earned money for a bond! Before being
transferred to Raleigh, I thought that this guy was busy effecting my
release. I had told him, that in jail, I could only guess at the
correct "answers" to the CIVIL CONTEMPT OF COURT (FAILING TO ANSWER
INTERROGATORIES), and that only at home could I get to the papers that
held the correct information. Later, as I was being processed to be
transferred to Wake County, I did get to see him standing nearby.

01/18/2007 - Thursday

01/19/2007 - Friday

Transferred to Raleigh. An unheated van transferred me to the women's
prison. A police car took me to the Wake County Detention Center. I
was lying on my back, in the back seat of the car, on this 15-minute
trip, as I was unable to go any other way - due to my back pain! I had
to get help from the officer in order to rise up and exit the car!

01/20/2007 - Saturday

When being processed in Raleigh I noticed that my briefs had "wagon
tracks". Determined to avoid this I put toilet tissue there. Later I
found that this had dislodged and that it was nearby my mat. Realizing
my error and implications if anyone had discovered this before I had,
I took it to the nearest toilet! Evidently it had. A passing guard
noted on her radio, "We found the shit!" and a nearby inmate said in
passing "If you ever do this again - I'll throw you out the window" -
a reference to 'over the railing' that kept us from falling to the
first floor below. We and 40+ others did not have cells - we had mats
on the 1st and 2nd floors!

This place has a lot more tables and a TV. Although I hate watching
football and basketball games, I force myself, since lying on mat has
not helped my back - I continually use railing beside mat to rise and
lay down, while being bent over in pain on trips away from mat.

01/21/2007 - Sunday

My only other activity started on Sunday 01/21/2007, when an inmate
commented angrily to a guard who would not change the TV channel -
that was showing a religious program. I told him that I had something
better than religion - that would give him an "out of body"
experience, and a put him in a 'state of ecstasy'. Later I told others
they would experience 'utter helplessness' and that they would like
it. This is covered later, in this document, under the WCNC.com -
Terrorist Attack Discussion Boards Message Thread - They shall build
up, and I will throw down. As far as I can tell the inmates that
sought me out were incredulous, having no faith. "I told them that I
would accept the blame for speaking to them, as long as they accepted
the blame for their revisions."

01/22/2007 - Monday

Saw District Court Judge Gray (judge & DA are female) at about 5pm &
7pm. After telling judge that I had to be in court the next day, judge
says she will arrange transportation. After being released and
receiving no answers as to why there was no transportation from local
jail officials, I eventually contact the judge who says she never
agreed to arrange transportation.

During trial I twice had to ask the judge to read page 2 of the CIVIL
CONTEMPT OF COURT (FAILING TO ANSWER INTERROGATORIES), as she was deep
into trying me under impression that I was guilty of: NON IV-D NONSUP
CHIL, BAIL $3,426, as the "Charge Inquiry" states.

Deputy at trial would not let me to separate additional personal
paperwork that was attached to "answers" to the CIVIL CONTEMPT OF
COURT (FAILING TO ANSWER INTERROGATORIES)

If I could have a word that might save you only from major political
embarrassment.

Well if you Google sjbeverage + pope you'll find that Billy Graham
supporters would want me to plead guilty. But a good attorney with
political ambitions would have to point out that I was arrested before
committing a crime.

I plead not guilty.

Since my 1983 wrongful conviction I have been unable to stay employed
and my property has suffered.

Since 1997 I've been employed in establishing my innocence, through
postings on Charlotte TV stations message board forums.

This was accomplished by my 2 posts to NBC6.com on 11/26/06 and by
being banned having all my posts to "What Makes You Mad-Eve's Rage"
deleted 12/28/06.

As a result, I have validated that any property, that my grandmother -
(she had 6 husbands and all 6 died naturally) or I own, is worth a lot
more than "Supplemental Proceedings" would have established!

My brother died from a 90% blockage of his heart on 09-17-94, less
than 6 hours after being released from a Columbia, SC hospital. He was
told to take some aspirin and come back Monday. Michael was Public
Information Officer for the N.C. Army National Guard, Co. E 130
Aviation, Salisbury, NC. He was told that he would have to accept a
promotion, which included two weeks of extensive physical training, in
order for him to stay in the Guard. That extensive physical training
ended one week before he died.

He was a contributor to AOL's message boards and was featured
extensively in the Daily Independent newspaper during his 1965-66 tour
of duty as North Vietnam's #1 target - a U.S. Marine field radioman!

The last time I attended a N.C. Army National Guard family get-
together at Salisbury there was an American Flag flying over the
facility, has someone put up another?
