Neighbor is smoking me out.

Anybody know what I can do about my neighbor ? I live in the country on 1 acre, and every night I have to smell his cigar smoke. Anybody have any ideas ?

I've seen these ads on TV lately and heard of them on the radio. Does anyone have any experiences with them? Is This something that I should be considering? [link] Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, BScott
