I have had too many people close to me have to deal with the negative
effects of tobacco. I would like to join in your group discussions to
help anyone I can and to educate myself more.

Welcome BScott,

You might find more activity at alt.support.stop-smoking than here. There
are many supportive folks there who have lots of information and experience
with quitting.

Hiya BScott,
You are certainly welcome here. It has been quiet. It would be nice if
some would contribute more here instead of just posting to lure away
newcomers, but as said, you are welcome here. If it is too quiet here for
you, please check out the the quit stats which are loaded with links to
other websites as well as AS3. No such thing as too much support.
