You and your boyfriend need more help than you'll need from a group on
the computer. Call your county health department and get some
psychological counseling.

I have no experience with the cutting, however it sounds as though the
smoking is purely to relieve stress.

If the living situtation is really terrible, then nobody wins. Maybe
investigate alternate living arrangement, as he can't continue on this
path.
