New York ­– Come celebrate the release of Electric Frankenstein! – a
new book that brings together over a decade of art produced for the
band Electric Frankenstein. The March 13th Art Show will display
dozens of works that have been created for the band over the past 10
years – including many that will appear in the book.

Special guests at the Art Show will include author/EF guitarist Sal
Canzonieri, NYC based artists featured in the book including Joe Simko
and David Glass (with others TBA), and of course, additional members
of EF!

Artists on hand will sign EF merchandise (poster prints will be
available for purchase, or bring your own stuff) and there will be
several EF poster, CD and record giveaways throughout the Art Show.

Slated for a late March release, Electric Frankenstein! is 160 vibrant
color pages packed full of fantastic illustrations from over 180 of
today's most recognized fine, pop/low brow, poster, record cover,
comic book, and animation artists.

The book is written by Sal Canzonieri (Electric Frankenstein
guitarist) and contributing artists include: Kozik, Coop, Alan Forbes,
Derek Hess, Bob Masse, Dave Burke, Art Chantry, The Pizz, Johnny Ace
(Big Daddy Roth assistant), Jermaine, Uncle Charlie, Firehouse, Marc
Almera, Mark Arminisky, Ron English, Emek, Justin Hampton, Cameron
Stewart (Batman Beyond animator), Denis Loren (art director for Creem
Magazine in the 70s), Brian Ewing, Gene Fama, Kerry Gammill, Dirty
Donny, Gris Grimley, Eric Pigor, Cliff Mott, Nirasawa, Mitch
O'Connell, Rob Orzechoski (Cracked and Hustler, Lisa Petrucci, Mad
Marc Rude, Savage Pencil, Spine, and many more.
