Well, it was definitely worth the wait. I'm very impressed once again
with Haffner Press and their production of the three Edmond Hamilton
omnibusses (omnibi?). Great reading, beautiful dj's--really a steal at
the price (imagine how much getting the stories in their original
publication would cost!). I've always been a Hamilton fan, every since
I read THE STAR OF LIFE and CITY AT WORLD'S END in my teens--grat
stuff!

Hamilton was one of the early Stars of Space Opera.

Hey, Chuck.
Glad you liked the books. They were ready to go nearly a year ago,
but the addition of the appendices with the interior illustrations,
the excerpts from the letter columns, etc. took a lot longer than
planned to pull together.
Coming soon to www.haffnerpress.com will be a .pdf for each of the
Hamilton titles with excerpts from the appendices along with some
story-text from each volume.
Up next will be more Hamilton and the 7th volume of Jack Williamson's
Collected Stories.
