This is just not that busy a group. On the other hand, we seem to have
been spared the attention of the spammers so far, and they *are* busy
on some other Google groups.

My suspicion is that enough ISP's have dropped their USENET servers that
USENET is slowly dying. It really depends on the group though. Some
groups in the last couple years have dwindled to almost nothing. Some are
in decline, and others seem to be holding thier own.
