Sorta OT: fiction concerning anti spy chip?

Not exactly pulp but, any good stories, novels you read about
groups or individuals aggressively combatting Govt. forced chips in
citizens?
You know, wild eyed folks who for some reason don't want our
*protectors* to be able to locate us in case we're kidnapped or
abducted by dangerous "enemies".

Thank you for your interest. A Level 3 "Echelon" tracer has been
attached to your posting. You should expect the black helicopters to
descend in your neighborhood in three to six weeks. You will be
limited to a single carry-on bag weighing not more than 20 pounds. No
liquids are allowed on the aircraft.
