I have a question about how Rights and Royalties work.
Do royalties offered apply to everything published by a third party
granted the rights to publish in any particular form.
For example, if a publisher offers 10% of net proceeds on e books
sales in the royalty section of the contract then offers 50/50 on the
sale of any e-books rights, does that mean I get 10% of the net
proceeds on all ebooks sold by that right holder?
