And since psych is essentially the study of the soul (ie. the passage, the sojourn), I
thought this newsgroup a fine place to start finding out what exactly is meant by the
term, "an old soul". The specific context is from a TV show, Law & Order CI; perhaps
you recall that episode last year, a woman (ex-cop) in her late fifties is married to
a dude who's all of 25 (approx). Well he's mysteriously vanished, and when the
detectives inquire of the lady how she could find marriage to a man so young a
satisfactory pairing she replies, "Ah but he's an old soul".

What gives here? Are sane people defined as the set that believes in and supports
witchcraft?
