All I can read here about 3D-Mind is about belief.
Can 3D-Mind deal war memories?
I have memories from 15 years ago when my friend died beside me, we were in
combat action.
How can 3D-Mind deal with that?
I don't have "bad" beliefs about myself, I only dream about that event, and
sometime I have day dream flash picture about it.

3D mind may well help you, however this is an NLP site and 3D Mind is
absolutely, definitely not in any minute way NLP, and so is little
discussed here.
You may be able to get more insight on the 3D mind list, or as you are
here on the NLP list you may well be able to find a competent NLPer to
assist you.
Bottom line is, you can be helped. Your daydream flashes could be
obsoleted in seconds with some bog standard anchoring. If you go for
an NLP practitioner, ensure they offer a money back gaurantee.
If you go for 3D mind, be prepared to believe that NLP doesn't help
anyone ever.
Whatever you do, if you get the results you want, then that was a good
choice.
