I will state again...
I have been doing financial abundance training for years. It is
unique, totally my own material, and it could not in any way contain
any of Tom's material because I have never bought, borrowed, attended
his seminars or listened to tapes or videos.
I saw he had a money magnet email and while it was posted a while
back, I didnt read it. He sent it to me again (at my request, to see
what he is doing with the money magnet) and I only read a little bit.
It had very little relevance to what I was doing.
I have been called some very bad names on that list I was booted off
of. I have been accused of creating an entire abundance training in
one week, copying and selling his email, setting up a london seminar
to intentionally compete with him and being a cheat, liar and scummy
bitch. Unbelievable.
My abundance training has been scheduled since February.
(like I could put together a web site, 80 page training manual, 8
session CD and tape set and script book, radio ads and marketing
plan... in one week)
Amusing, but far from the mark. I sent my entire abundance training
manual to one of his friends... to let him see that is has no
resemblence to his work. But no reply. Obviously there was nothing
even remotely in there that could be back up these accusations. Yet,
there is no mention that, GUESS WHAT... Wendi's work is original! No
effort made to rescind the horrible and malicious accusations.
I have published proof that I have been doing abundance training for
years. I have radio ads, newpaper ads, articles, and convention
workshops on EXACTLY what teach about abundance and money magnet, that
is published in their catalogue, now for the third year.
All of this malicious and intentional slander, because I used the word
MONEY MAGNET. NOTHING ELSE, but that phrase. Do a google search and
find tons of results that all have trademarked and copyrighted the
phrase money magent. They all need to sue each other, huh?
Please dont believe what you hear. I have been doing a this abundance

been there for years.
This attack is unwarranted and malicious. There was talk of a public
apology, since the accusers all have egg on their face. But it has not
come.
I am saddened and embarrassed for our profession. Those teaching
rapport, congruence, integrity, abundance and charisma, resort to name
calling and intentional libel.
All of you who are perpetuating the false accusations need to take a
step back and look at yourself.

I browsed your website. I can't really comment on any supposed overlap
if any between you and Tom's seminars.
Not that you are interested yet My only complaint is how you position
yourself.49 out of 50 people will say that financial abundance =
financial success. Yet what you're really doing is offering a workshop
where people work on any psychological hangups to wealth. which most
people would say is DIFFERENT from presenting a seminar showing
credible ways to build financial wealth for yourself.
Curiously, may I ask if you make the assumption that everyone who
isn't wealthy and is attending your seminar have "mental blocks" about
wealth. as opposed to just not having found and choses the means to
acquiring wealth.

Correct. Very different. I am using the prinicples of hypnosis to find
the blocks, limitations and fears that stop us from succeeding. Not
everyone has them. Most people (I think) have worthiness issues about
this and tend to sabotage their efforts.

Maybe. Maybe not. If a person has tried repeatedly to be succesful,
make more money, has repeated bad luck, makes stupid mistakes or has
imposed a ceiling on their earnings, it may be due to the worthiness
issues. That is what I work on. The market makers on the pacific stock
exchange taught me a lot. THey have been through so much training,
technical skills, studying the market... and some make a zillion, some
barely survive. One guy had imposed an unconscious ceiling on himself
at $400,000 a year. Obviously he doesnt have worthiness issues if he
is earning that much... or does he?
Taking him into a future time when he is making several million a year
revealed his issue that limited him. We resolved it and his earnings
went up immediately. He had the same skills, the same mind... the only
thing that changed was his unconscious limit.
Another trader had inferiority issues as a child from being teased and
just couldnt get his hand up fast enough when it was time to make the
trades. After we cleared the issue he punched one of the other traders
(right in the face) who was trying to intimidate him. Until that point
he never made more that $5000 a month. In the next quarter he did
$150,000.
On the other thread someone asked about my model of abundance. My
personal success came as a result of clearing the sabotage, finding
the positive intention to being poor and resolving the conflict. My
life soared after I realized how deep my self sabotage program was.
Stuff just came to me like crazy. I started asking for things and they
appeared. Last month I was watching the Man Show. I thought, "I want
to be on the Man Show". Less than a week later they called me. That is
not the first time it has happened like that.
Create a clear path in your core beliefs. The rest will follow. Once
the conflicts are cleared, the worthiness will pull LIKE A MAGNET all
the opportunities, people, money, energy and amazing luck, right into
your lap. A client who is a scupltor found that he had a very negative
program going about his clients who buy his scupltures. He had some
rather evil thoughts about them. He was barely getting by. THe next
week he made $12000, and the week after he made $20,000.
How do you do it? Start by finding the part of you that wants you to
fail. Find out why it wants that. Be willing to be brutally honest
with yourself and listen without judgement. No matter what your
position in life, or your earnings, I will bet that there are
worthinness issues holding you back from being even greater than you
are.
Wealthy people have a knack for making comebacks quickly. THey can
lose everything... and in a year, they have earned a few million at
some other venture. Why can they do it....When the rest of tje masses
are hoping to just make a little more than we spend. I can only guess
that they have a firm belief that they can do it, they deserve it, and
they expect it. So, they re-create it. Over and over. (a little
redundant?)
My model of abundance about worthiness at the core. It is also about
generosity and the flow of money. Giving is magic.

Many years ago, I had a really good self-sabotage strategy. Every time
I got to a position of authority or responsibility in a job, I screwed
it up to the point where I got fired or felt I had to quit. Then I'd go
somewhere else and start at the bottom again.
This whole "worthiness" thing didn't strike a chord with me, though. I
didn't feel unworthy of it. I didn't feel worthy of it. The question
just didn't come up. It was something else.
I read a book on Jungian archetypes in the male ("King, Warrior,
Magician, Lover" was the title) and found the Magician archetype really
felt right to me. The Magician is the keeper of hidden wisdom, the
watcher of signs, the knower of forgotten lore. The author pointed out
that when the Magician energy is thwarted somehow and is required to
keep passive and remain immature, it becomes the Trickster; it plays
pranks, to keep the ego from getting too big... to cut the self down to
size, IOW. That felt right.
So I did a kind of Gestalt Therapy conversation between "me" and my
"Trickster" and found out what was going on. I hadn't been giving my
Magician what it needed (which was information and the responsibility
and respect necessary to use it), so it was retaliating. Trying to get
my attention. Too bad it took so long.
So I started feeding and taking care of my "Magician" and have had no
such issue with it since. Quite cool.

overall model.

cleared ...

forum will be stopped under the SLAPP statutes in California and then YOU will
be liable for not only the other side's attorneys fees, but triple damages as
well.
I know, because I had to beat the SLAPP hearing in my own lawsuit against a
party who is no longer on the Internet.
Now....since you are threatening Tom, you are therefore threatening Kim(as
she is in business with him and will be equally adversely effected). Threaten
Kim and you threaten me.

fees. If you spent 30 grand to get to the first deposition, you may want to
get yourself another lawyer. But I bet you have one of those lawyers that

applies and when it doesn't apply. Read up on "Barrett et al. v. Clark et
al.", California Superior Court, Alameda County No. 833021-5, a recent
landmark case on California's anti-SLAPP legislation.

Let`s be realistic here, Ross - in any California court you will be
portrayed as someone who teaches men how to fuck women. Wendi will be
portrayed as someone who is attempting to help people. Your own writings and
website will be used against you to portray you as an angry, lonely man who

Shit-flinging in primates is a dominance thing. If you smell like my
shit, you are lower than I am on the ladder. IIRC, it's only done when
a higher monkey perceives a challenge from a lower one, not as a matter
of course. And there may be other reasons too.

And throwing shit at onlookers doesn't have anything to do with the

never attended any of the other abundance trainings by the way, although I
am thinking of buying Deepak Chopra's book of that nature on Ebay or Amazon
in a few clicks.
As for the authenticity of your model, you probably put it together all by
yourself because you are very creative. And two weeks is enough time for
someone with your talent. The structure of your presentation in 2001 was NLP
applied to the well-formed outcome of "abundance".
I was the guy who challenged you to move to a more specific example and you
only made more generalization. Now with that simple set of techniques and
tools, how can anyone claim that you ripped them off? You have never made
any specific instructions that you can claim credit to. You just applied the
meta model to a nominolization of the concept "abundance". It's your's and
