I have posted a short mp3 tutorial (two mp3s zipped up) on the Betty
Erickson self induction up at

This self induction is, in my opinion, one of the most powerful, yet
simple and elegant, self inductions around, and can be learned very
quickly.

The mp3 is not intended as a trance session, but as a tool to aid
learning.

Due to the huge number of downloads I was getting on the free mp3 side
