1999 Dragon's Head and Tail Universal Predictions
It takes approximately two years for the Dragon to pass through a sign
of the zodiac. Thus the real New Years (change of the celestial guards)
takes place only then. On the Universal world's horoscope, the Dragon's
Head (progress) always bring about positive changes to the world. While
in Virgo (perfection/health) during the years 1997/1998 nature, health
and general service to the world was enhanced. On January 25th, 1997 the
Dragon's Head entered the critical, health oriented sign of Virgo and
occupied this sign all the way to October 20th, 1998. The Dragon's Tail
did reside for the same period of time in the opposite dreamy sign of
Pisces. Earlier, in 1996, the nasty Dragon's Tail was in the sign of
Aries and produced many of the worst major pieces of news for that fiery
year. Thus war, explosions, accidents, heat waves, large quakes and a
very destructive fire season plagued the world. Many of the predictions
for 1998 have been similar to 1997 due to the two-year length spent by
the Dragon in a zodiacal sign.
However, the "Change of the Guards" took place on Tuesday October 20th,
1998 when the powerful Dragon did finally enter the positive sign of
Leo. It will stay in this sign until Sunday April 9th, 2000. The
upcoming predictions for the dawning of the age of Aquarius are somehow
incredible and will make the human experience quite interesting for the
next two years or so. As predicted in both 1997/1998 Moon Power
publications, were years of "more water, more wind and more victims of
spiritual delusion." The complex abortion dilemma, religion, suicide,
drugs, cigarettes, water, fishing, oceans and alcohol use by children
were very high on my list of predictions for those gone years. The
changes that took place then in those area are not only unarguable and
well documented in my books but also phenomenal. And you my faithful
readers, you had the news before the news and saw it all unfolding
through your watchful eyes. The Dragon Tail has finally moved away from
Pisces one of the most karmic and difficult sign of the Zodiac. Its
legacy left upon each one of us and the world at large has been nothing
less than dramatic if not terrible for some and will not be soon
forgotten. The Dragon' s Tail in Pisces got me real good with both the
closure of a nine years of marriage and the suicide of a very close
friend. As I am writing this book (Thursday, January 08, 1998) the new
year and its similar Dragon's location, just started and I hope not to
experience another drama before October 20th, 1998. Well much of our
karma will be paid by then. So let's the Dragon talk to me and see
what's ahead of each one of us and the world at large for 1999 .
Dragon's Head in Leo: The persevering power of the Dragon's Head is, as
October 20th, 1998 going through the magnanimous sign of Leo, the King
of the Zodiac. This impact will force millions of people (the working
masses) to explore the possibilities to start their own business. The
Sun, ruler of Leo, gives life to all and everything that he touches, and
its godsend rays will induce a form of new will power to improve life in
general. Much effort and shaping will be directed towards correction of
oneself, and significant improvements will be made towards personal
education. On a physical level, Leo rules life, health and magnetism.
The will to change one's appearance for the best will be present as many
new health and beauty programs will be offered to the people. A new
look, a new career, a new you will be born out of this incredible solar
energy. Leo also rules the arts and a positive restructure will take
place, where the youngest artistically oriented talents will amazes the
mesmerized population. Those progressive solar changes will bring more
financial help to study or perform the art to some impoverished groups.
New artistic specialized agencies will flourish in the process. Many
new modernistic electronic oriented geniuses will create and blast the
world with state of the art "virtual reality" technology. Office
workers will be giving the opportunity to gain a better position in a
growing (Pluto in Virgo) health oriented society with specific programs
to improve their working condition, health and creativity.
Uncle Sam's administration will experience another computer problem.
The Dragon's Head in Leo (children) will further new children's
hospitals world wide and improve the possibility for depraved kids to
get surgery and medical attention when needed. An important medical
discoveries directly related to a children disease or heart surgery will
make world news Later on, new and affordable methods involving those
critical organs through laser surgery will be more affordable and
available to all the population. More environmental agencies will be
born from the Dragon's Head in Leo's desire to protect the remainder of
the rain forest, all the animals and all natural landscapes.
Greenpeace and other organizations will again captivate much of the news
world wide in 1999. Many new members will join and expand their mutual
powers to a significant level. Much education will be directed toward
the young generation, and attention will be given to the fragile
remaining wilderness left in the world. More restrictive laws and heavy
punishments will be imposed on those greedy corporations who continue to
dump toxic waste in our bodies of water or cut down the rain forest
without regard for local regulations or wildlife. Combined with the
"Perfectionist Generation" desire for purity, the life giver energies of
the Dragon's Head in Leo ( vitality/health) will force recycling and
will be enhanced all over the US and later, to the world at large. A
governmental sponsored new form of "environmental police" will
ultimately find a way in our society. Serious punishment is awaiting
large companies, especially those unwilling to compromise with waste
dumping. Smoke generating factories will also undergo a serious
restructure to stop the depletion of the protective ozone layer. More
and tougher laws will be passed against the cigarette and alcohol
manufacturers and advertisements intended for young consumers will be
seriously controlled and eliminated by the government. As predicted for
1997 in your 1996/1997/1998 Moon Power, many new governmental
legislatures did put well-established tobacco companies out of business.
In addition to training programs, diets and exercise equipment, the
life oriented Leo Dragon Head will turn the mass to the use homeopathic
medicine and enjoy out-of-doors activities to regenerate themselves.
As we progress through 1999, the aging "Pluto in Leo Generation " (see
Baby Boom Generation) will experience the impact of Dragon Head in Leo
close to their natal Pluto (sex). They will feel an Herculean desire for
freedom of expression and promote life, love and happiness. This not
so young generation born from August 3rd, 1938 to June 11th, 1958 will
undergo a total spiritual restructure and gain in the investigation of
metaphysics. Others will get a boost of health and creativity and some
will study and provide their wise new found knowledge to the world. With
the powerful Dragon's Head impact in the fame oriented sign of Leo,
expect quite a progress in artistic and "joy of life" pursuit. At it
worst, this celestial energy will breed many long gone "hippies"
memories and make them prone to exaggeration with sex, love, freedom and
rock'nd roll. As a rule Leo carries with him a subconscious fear of
decay or death. Many young souls may fall victims of health oriented
unfounded fears or destructive environmental calamities. Leo rules
vitality, thus an increase of birth is to be expected. Leo also rules
love and romance, thus many will fall in or out of love where many
teen-agers will suffer their parents separation or worse, having
children out of wedlock themselves.
Dragon's Tail in Aquarius: The Dragon's Tail's inauspicious energy is,
as of October 20th, 1998 in the sign of Aquarius and will keep
disturbing the world until April 9th, 2000. This sign is ruled by the
destructive planet Uranus (sudden release of energy) and will surprise
the world many times with his awful power for the next two years or so.
Previously, the world experienced the Dragon's Tail passage through the
karmic sign of Pisces. Neptune, Pisces ruler, brought forth uncontrolled
imagination, fears, religious frenzy, dogmas and suicides. His legacy in
1997 and 1998 as produced quite a lot of depression, illusion and
deception to the world at large. Again, as predicted in previous
publications, devout followers of religious or new age dogmas
(Applewhite/David Koresh) wastefully died for their deceiving leaders
fanatic convictions. On a positive note, Neptune regulates real psychic
phenomena, intuition, creativity, spirituality and the higher fields of
music.
General impact on the population: In 1997/1998 the Dragon's Tail in
Pisces brought its thick cloud of deception upon mankind and many
unaware people did fall for Neptune's deceiving pull. Unaware of God's
ultimate will through his creation ( the stars), many Apocalyptic times
promoters (New Ager and/or religious fanatics alike) kept poisoning the
God -fearing masses. The victims ended up contaminated with fears,
looking for salvation, forgiveness from their deathly God while others
found refuge in other manipulative organizations. The advanced souls did
invest in the understanding of the dynamics of our Universe (God's real
tools) while other karmic souls had to pay their karma out of their
ignorance and fears. However, like all the other celestial bodies, each
planet, including Neptune, ruler of Pisces, can be used either
positively or negatively once its energy is clearly understood.
Under the Dragon's Tail (nefarious) in Aquarius (surprises/explosions),
1999 promises to be a year of extreme weather where nature shocking
forces will display her amazing powers. Keep an eye on the A.W.S,
(Astro-Weather-Service) or "Supernova Windows" then see the real power
of Divine Astrology predictive powers. During those windows avoid
flying (if you can) or make your traveling plan, well before the window
takes effect. This way, you will eliminate the chance for the afflicted
Uranus (electronics) to transform a trip by air into a serious disaster.
While the Dragon's Tail reside in Aquarius, I am expecting a records of
aeronautical disasters, where the FAA will be forced to ground many
aging planes. Many practical excuses will be made by the investigative
authorities pertaining to the numerous accidents. Pilots error,
difficult weather, mechanical failures, electronic failures etc., not
knowing that the ruler of their powerful corporations, Uranus is the
sole responsible for their upcoming dilemma. Like NASA, those educated
traditionally scientists (mental snobs) would rather be caught dead than
to admit or investigate the subtle power of the stars upon their
miserable little human lives (and their airplanes. ) In the name of
ignorance and stupidity, many souls will loose their lives in simple
continental/domestic traveling or space missions.
The Dragon's Tail in Aquarius will release incredible forces when no one
will expect it and the drama and fears experienced will again fuel more
intellectual stupidity from the uneducated religious fanatics or lost
new ager. Again, do not fall for the wrong teachings based upon
ignorance and fears. Yes, its true, we are on for a bumpy ride but the
order to do so has been imposed by the Creator through his celestial
will back into eternity. The earth is alive and well and she is
responding, like everyone of us to the outside stimuli produced by those
stars and that is a good sign. Once the Dragon's Tail moves away from
Aquarius, a bran new energy will bathe the world (and us) and again,
with it, different experiences, for both the earth and us!
The worse scenario is to be expected from men, not the earth! While the
Tail reside in Aquarius we can expect trouble with (Uranus /Uranium) or
the illegal sale of nuclear products or technology. In the wrong hands
of a fanatic dictator such as (Hitler/Saddam Hussein) we can only
imagine the disastrous use of the weaponry. Meantime, Saddam was born
with a Moon (domestic scenery/home country) in Scorpio (death) thus
there is no much left for imagination and us, the poor "infidels".
Dying for God is a duty for those Neptunian souls (middle East is
controlled by Pisces) and the promise of many virgins and paradise for
eternity is good enough to them. The Tail in Aquarius will also
induce the total failures of some sophisticated electronics or worse an
induced virus. Then the world will become aware of its electronic
vulnerability and work even harder to counteract the problem. The
national effort to further the MIR (or other) special programs will pay
off but not without great challenges and drama.
Millennial Bug
I am expecting a serious computer crash produced by a shared flaw in
most of the world's computers. This could start a cataclysm that could
bring down governments, banks and many businesses around the world.
This could result in a chain long Global Depression and collapse of
civilization. Unless the internal computer problem is fixed or replaced
soon, all computers will fail in one of the three ways: they will reject
legitimate entries, or they will compute erroneous results, or they will
simply not run properly. Every federal agency is at risk of widespread
system failures. Thus, because of the sophisticated electronics in
airplane and control towers alike, the next two years could be the
worse years for aeronautical disasters in the human history.

Because of our dependency on electronics and computers in this age of
Aquarius, pretty much everything around you will be affected. If
nothing is done to upgrade or fix the flaw, this will be happening
around 1999/2000 February and August during the Full Moons and within my
Supernova Windows ( see AWS section). Let's hope that awful prediction
never happen for if it does will be in serious trouble. However I do
believe in the human ingeniousity and its remarkable ability to face and
correct any problem he is forced to face.

Note - My management "The Truth Seeker" asked me for a very specific
date and prediction for August 1997 with the intend to prove to the news
media my predictive ability. Four months prior to August 18th, 1997
(the given date) I clearly gave my prediction to be printed and was sent
away. I said; "Be ready for a very noticeable electronic failure on
August 18th, 1997". August 1997, the 18th, MIR space station lost its
main computer!
Thus, we may expect some trouble in those area too. Uranus also rules
electricity and violent weather flash discharges (lightening) . During
the Supernowa window, if you get caught in a bad weather situation, STAY
in your car, this is your best chance of staying alive. The next two
years will see a serious expansion in death related electrocutions and
lightening weather related accidents. Your electric local company is
also due for a total restructure due to new higher demands or the
introduction of new technology.
In 1999, hospital trauma, ER departments in large cities (Japan/US) may
fall victim of natural calamities and will suffer the lack of power when
needed most. Due to the incredible pull of Uranus (madness/panic
attack) upon the human psyche, powerful drugs and alcohol consumption
will rise and more people will commit suicides, crimes and illogical
acts. Group suicide is also on the rise as a similar act of the "Rancho
Santa Fe Mass Suicide" may rise its ugly face again. The regeneration
principle will take place when the healing message of faith, security
and pure knowledge will reach the uninformed poisoned mass.
Caution: If you happen to be born with the Dragon's Tail in Aquarius or
if the Tail is located in your sixth house of health, you are strongly
cautioned to stay clear from any chemicals, and this includes doctors'
prescriptions. (see Dragon's Head/Tail tables). Thousands will be
incarcerated and asylums, like jails, will be overloaded with hopeless
people. Again, the strong desire for freedom produced by the Dragon's
Tail in Aquarius In 1999, will produce jail riots where despair,
corruption, drugs and murder will reign. On a more positive note, Uranus
can also be used positively to enter the intuitional domain of psychics,
reach the fourth dimension, further one's cosmic consciousness and learn
Divine Astrology. 1999 will induce new laws pertaining to the internet,
the www and electronics products..
Stock Market: The stock market is due for some serious ups and down
never experienced before, especially around February, May, August and
November. These tremendous rise and fall will affect the world markets
and their investors to its highest level ever.
Entertainment: Due to new developments of high-tech in film production,
many of Hollywood's producers will invest time and money on virtual
reality film production.. This phenomenon will leave some actors
worrying about cheaper contracts and future big-screen appearances.
These electronic" changes will induce tougher selection, rejections and
will lead some actors to the abuse of drugs, alcohol abuse and a serious
loss of self-esteem. Sadly, some actors will be lost to depression and
suicide. In 1999 actors and actresses born in September, November, May
and October will be directly affected in the areas of health and career.
When the Dragon's Tail was in the sign of Pisces, as predicted in my
1996 Starguide, "Moon Power, Elizabeth Taylor (a Pisces) went through a
brain surgery; let's hope for a better fate for the great actress in
1999. Also, famous singer Bob Dylan (a Taurus) was hospitalized and
suffered the passage of the Dragon's Tail on his 6th house work and
wishes. Luckily for them, those great souls beat the Tail and went back
to normal business.
Due to the disturbing power of Uranus (weird) this year will be a
succession of shocking news for the rich and famous. Uranus "panic
attacks " tendencies will induce serious depressions, mental
instability even suicidal predisposition. As predicted for 1997, great
movies were released and I even mentioned "A Replica of the Titanic"
Page 230 - 96MP). A year later, CNN reported, (during a Supernova
window) that hundred of people perished at see fleeing the Island of
Haiti. In 1999 more movies based on the Apocalyptic times, UFOs and
religion will be released and may intensify the mass' subconscious fear
of the near end of time. Movie producers and directors are not fully
aware of the impact of their products upon the subconscious of the young
generation. Combined with the legacy of Neptune's illusive power
experienced in 1997/1998, and now, in 1999 with Uranus (the future
reality of our thoughts) a steady flow of negative thoughts is being
generated by the world at large. Consistently fueling poisoning fears
involving our common future on earth will ultimately bring many young
uneducated victims and God fearing souls to the abuses of drugs,
hopelessness and suicide. Time to become aware of the creative power
God has endowed each and everyone of us and change the course of our
"doomed" destiny with a new and healthy thought process. In the name of
sensationalism, ignorance, money and greed, all of the creators of
negative forces in our society, will they be movies producers,
apocalyptic promoters, religious fanatics are all direct participants in
the creation of our own future. Sometime I wonder when men will get
enough education, knowledge to face this fact. Thus, it our common duty
to become responsible with what we feed the children of the future with,
as again "The Future is Nothing Else Than The Reincarnation Of Our "Very
Thoughts."
Environment: On the physical plane, 1999 will bring about devastative
explosions world wide resulting in more oil spills when Uranus (Release
of sudden energy) will war on the Dragon's Tail in Aquarius. See Astro
Weather Service "Supernova Windows" section. 1999 will be one of the
worst years since World War II for difficult weather patterns inducing
the worse that mother nature can produce against mankind. Those
calamities will take place during the 1999/2000 windows. 1999 Dragon's
Tail in Aquarius will produce destructive tornadoes, volcanoes eruptions
and many flooding will plague the world at large. Her at home, parts of
the coastline will suffer mud slides as other areas so flooded, that
they could become temporary islands. Again, this is not the prediction
for the "Apocalyptic times," just mother earth responding to Uranus
(changes) sitting on the nasty Dragon's Tail who in turn responds to the
Divine celestial order imposed by God upon the earth. Specific dates for
those disasters will be in the "Day-To-Day Guidance for 1999" section.
There is a strong possibility for an incredible drama taking place at
sea in 1999 (after the Full Moons of August and/or February 1999/2000)
where man will see the real power of mother earth in action. This will
contaminate the coastline and poison much of the marine life. Many
vessels will not reach their destination and many will be lost at sea.
However, the use of new environmentally safe energy agents will be
brought about. Many scientists will work much harder and before the end
of this century, new technology, especially cold fusion energy will take
over from polluting petroleum products. As for mother earth (as she did
many times before!), don't panic, she might be convulsing, spitting,
screaming etc. but she is well able to take care of herself. She is
just showing off and telling you that she is well and alive!
Foreign Affairs: The Middle East is directly affected by deceiving
Neptune, and religious fanaticism is the worst trait of this planet. For
more than half of the year 1998, the Dragon's Tail did directly affect
this specific part of the world. Incidentally, much of the prominent
religious variety and their accompanying fanatic belief systems were
initiated and brought out from this part of the world. Neptune rules
oil, and most of world oil production and like Neptune's religious
teachings were also imported from this hazardous area of the world.
Thus, a mixture of oil and religious war is still taking place and could
start with the alliance of powers from this unstable area of the globe.
A holy terrorist-oriented war against the West has been raging for many
years now and can only get worse as the months of 1999/2000 unfold.
Extremist groups will keep organizing terrorist attacks on more
government buildings in many European and US cities. This chain of
destructive behavior will produce serious "secret" consideration of
retaliation by the Allied forces. In the process, eminent Middle East,
US or European leaders will be assassinated, fueling more and more
trouble on many foreign soils. Note: This section was written long
before the chain of bloody bombing extremist terrorist attacks on the
population of Israel and the assassination attempt on one of Saddam
Hussein's family members.
Along with many natural disasters such as the (predicted, (see NASA www
post reply) 11/22/95 Egypt/Israel/Saudi Arabia 7.2 quake, the Middle
East will captivate much of the world's attention in 1999 in terms of
natural and manmade disasters.
As experienced and predicted years ahead in "Moon Power" publications,
Saddam Hussein and other Arab leaders will again tease and try the
muscles of the US and its Allies. The dictators will have to pay a heavy
price for some of their political decisions in 1999 too. Let's hope,
with the blessings of the Dragon's Head in Leo (children) that the full
embargo on oil sales will be lifted for the benefit of all Iraq
children. If not, in a letter date a strong production of oil and its
accompanying falling prices will force a full restructure on both the
economy of many dependent countries and the Middle East itself.
