They'll steal your plates, my theory is if you are doing a lot of driving around, it may make the surviellance more difficult. they figure without a plate, you'll drive around less. I stayed at Farmside, a place run by Sharri and Bill ODaniel, and they or someone connected with them stole my plate--i had been making hr and a half drives every day...
