UFC 85: This Saturday, June 7, 2008: Two Surveillance Windows

If you've been following our Schedule of Investigative Assignments
you likely know that Ultimate Fighting Championship 85: "Bedlam" will
be telecast live this SATURDAY, JUNE 7th from the O2 Arena in London,
England featuring MATT HUGHES v. THIAGO ALVES and MICHAEL BISPING v.
JASON DAY in an exciting MMA PPV event with great international
appeal. The live broadcast will begin at 3:00 PM EST/12:00 PM PST.
In addition, there will be a replay at 10:00 PM EST/ 7:00 PM PST that
same evening, to which our client has also retained enforcement
rights. History indicates that theft is often equal or greater during
the replay window, and we expect commercial piracy to be enhanced
following last weekend's prime time debut of MMA on network television
(CBS) to millions of television viewers.

teams this Saturday. Pirate leads and Legal Lists will go out to
all participating agencies begining this Friday, June 6th.
