This is nothing new. I knew someone who worked for them as a tax
examiner. The IRS appeared to permit deductions for shady sex-industry
businesses while denying deductions for legitimate small businesses.
In addition, a friend reported possible embezzlement at a major
company which also used escort services to go afterr individuals and
the IRS was completely ignored nefarious uses of escort companies with
corporate funds
