That went on for about 6 months before I could again access it from home. I've no idea why it happened or why it stopped. I put it down to Hotmail playing silly so n so's. I know a number of other people who have had similar problems with Hotmail which have suddenly appeared, then disappeared without them doing anything or changing any settings either before or after.
