PcButts1.com bughunter url downed! DMCA violation accepted by his hosting provider
Dustin Cook
After emailing his hosting provider 4 times, I've finally had the url
downed. PcButts was once again! commiting copyright infringement and was
forced to remove my picture that he did not have permission to host in the
first place. If any of you have things of yours hosted by him, I have a
nice dmca form letter they accept. *grin*

You know, I'm not acquainted with any of the parties involved here and I

government or otherwise, who would love to have an exscuse to "monitor"
internet/usenet activity. Monitoring can be the first step to

posted and that has no place anywhere in decent society.

The reason it doesn't is because somehow, magically, the link has been
pointed to a filename that doesn't exist on 4Q's site. Over the course of
one early morning. I wonder if the emails/phone calls I've made had
anything to do with it.... Hmm...
I suspect Christopher is starting to realize that I do have him from a
legal standpoint, and I obviously have been in contact with not only
himself, but law enforcement. I kept my word, and did as I said I'd do.If
he's willing to abide by the dmca takedown notice, and doesn't try any
more bs with me, I'll leave him be. Aside from any legal action others
may already be taking against him and his provider for the beastality;
but they were both warned numerous times that issue would be escalated if
it wasn't resolved.

I've already been in contact with his local authorities. They are
apparently taking care of the situation, as all of his abusive links are
down.
And if anyone didn't notice, 4Q's picture of me is down as well; His
hosting provider was kind enough to remove my file at my request. If he
puts it back online, he loses his account, and the entire site
fourq.host.sk goes bye bye.
I'm not going to press any issues for either of the sites further unless
one or both of them invites me to do so. I wanted my picture downed and
it is, I'm satisfied. I have no intentions of causing 4Q to lose his
account, so as long as he doesn't try anymore sillyness with my picture
and encouraging pcbutts, I'll leave him be.

4Q already got a taste of my legal options this morning. His provider
removed my picture, and if I complain again about it, his account and his
site goes next.
See, I'm not a bad guy. I only had my picture removed, nothing more. :)
He can continue to do as he pleases on his site, as long as it doesn't
have my picture. I extend that to him as a professional courtesy, as once
a long time ago, we were associates.

with the local LE's.

provider has been in contact with not only myself, but his sheriff's
dept, and my lawyer, as well as the fbi internet crimes division. He's
