The link you posted never loads on my web browser, SeaMonkey 2.0.
I've tried a couple of times.

JD..
The ESET KB seems to be down, at the moment.
<http://kb.eset.com/esetkb>
Don't know what the issue is - I suspect some maintenance ?
If it persists, I will let them know.
Regards,
Works fine for me on FF.
The knowledge base KB's database appears to have been fixed.
I do not know what the issue was.
What about
http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=home
You have a point, the URL bombed for me at first using IE 8.
Now appears to be working.

The stand-alone Rogue AV Tool is here > (right-click "save as" assuming Win XP)
<http://download.eset.com/special/ERACleaner.exe>
It's working today. Thanks!

JD..
No problem, it may be flaky over the next while, I think ESET are adding new search query
features.
Is this tool supposed to be used after getting infected?
I ran it and it "scanned" for less than one second.
Yes and yes it runs for a few seconds on a non-infected machine.
It is currently being used in Forums that support HJT Log file analysis.
More as I hear.
