I am a 40 year old man.  I am single and I live with my mother and my 13 cats.
I have some free time and I am thinking of starting yet another new remailer.  I am
usually quite busy baking cookies and sewing with Mom, and three times a week I
do pilates with mom and her friends, but I would like to run another remailer to
offer you more of my superior services.  I will call it Mao Dung Remailer, and it will
be a civilised remailer for civilised people only.  Now, as we all know, there are
a lot of psychos out there.  But that doesn't mean there shouldn't be free
speech, especially for those poor and oppressed peoples of the world.  Say, for
instance, you are stuck in Antarctica during the long 6 month winter and you
can't get out.  But you don't like the smell of your roommate who likes to eat
too much beans with dinner and then you can't sleep at night.  You can't leave
because nobody can get out for 6 months!  What are you going to do?!  With my
civilised remailer you may post an anonymous message to complain about your
roommate's inconsiderate behaviour.  But you must only use clean, civilised,
appropriate language!  For those people who refuse to comply, I will write a set of
filters, which I will add to daily, to make sure that messages posted through my
remailer are decent and can be read by minors in the company of mom and dad.
For instance, let's say that some naughty uncivilised person accidentally writes a
bad word, something to do with the excretory organs.  The naughty word will be
substituted with something like [ILLEGAL SPEECH], just in case the
person accidentally didn't realise they wrote something naughty.  Let's say
another person makes mention of the human genitalia using an uncouth word.  It
might be substituted by [BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING!].  If the person persists
in using language unkind to the ears, it might say [OOPS - YOU DID IT AGAIN!].
I will personally read and approve every message before it is
sent on for posting.  I will reserve the right to change, edit, or redact
strongly worded messages or messages which might be offensive
to others or hurt their feelings.  If some awful trolls hijack my remailer for the
purpose of disrupting a newsgroup or harassing its posters, I will write little
notes in the message like [USENET CRIME] or [HATE SPEECH] to remind the
agitator that he is not playing nice.
