I'm using li...@nym.mixmin.net as the To: email address, subject is blank.
Zax it appears that one has to enter a subject in order to get the list back.
I didn't have to do this before.

It works for me without a Subject. Is it possible that your MTA (or
your ISP's) is rejecting messages without a Subject?

Zax, I'm able to get a list back from gabrix without a subject, but I have no
luck with mixmin, unless I enter a subject. No need to worry about this issue
as it's not a big deal.
I also have to supply some kind of subject to get the list. Probably
our ISPs thinking they are smart by half.

If you have telnet on your PC, you could try this test.
telnet fleegle.mixmin.net 25
ehlo hostname.domain
mail from: your...@domain.com
rcpt to: li...@nym.mixmin.net
data

Tried this with Putty telnet. Seemed to work but haven't gotten
anything back via email. The only problem was that ehlo had to
be in capitals.
