I think so. Not sure what happened to that one. The associated
remailer died at the end of July.

Currently I think nym.mixmin.net is the only one running.

nym.mixmin.net is only used for email. Hence:-

Indeed, nymu has bitten the dust, however, reports of the death of
nym.gabrix.ath.cx are greatly exaggerated.
Both send and receive are working for me. Has anyone had problems?

I have had success using mixmin.net but no success with gabrix. I use
Quicksilver to generate the requests.

Getting a list from nym.gabrix.ath.ax is not a problem. I get a response back
for the list command within two minutes. I just don't get any replies back
when creating a nym. I don't know what the problem is as I don't have a
problem creating nyms with mixmin.net.

I have successfully gotten a list of used nyms emailed to me as well,
so that appears to be working. In a few days I will report on the
status of a request for a new nym. The large latency is a
consequence/feature of sending through mixmaster.

I used the following message (cut-and-pasted to preclude a typo)
******
To: li...@nym.gabrix.ath.cx
Subject: list
list
******
And this is cut from the tail of the list message that I received:
> To: li...@nym.gabrix.ath.cx
> Subject: list

On the nym creation issue, I have received a confirmation request
for the new nym, so that seems to be working as well.

I had the same thought, but it turns out that that was just what I
made up to put in, apparently. Since I could not remember, I tried a
test request message with:
************************
To: li...@nym.gabrix.ath.cx
Subject: subject
body
********************
The list came back, with
> To: li...@nym.gabrix.ath.cx
> Subject: subject
> Message-Id: <200911152116...@smtp.gabrix.ath.cx>
> Date: Sun, 15 Nov 2009 22:16:37 +0100 (CET)
at the end of the list, to prove that the reply was not just a
straggler from my earlier list request. So you can use any subject
and any body, only the list address matters (and your return address,
of course).

The confirmation from the confirmation has arrived, and the new nym is
indeed fully up. It is also on the list of used nyms now as well, as a
further confirmation of success.
I now have my own problem with gabrix's m2n, but that is for another thread.
