Not to mention the fact that the admins will probably discover them becuase
of the heavy use and fix them

Which in itself raises some issues, even beyond the usefulness of a
single hop proxy in the first place. ;) If I were TLA, I'd make sure I
had as many of these honeypots as possible in operation. Privacy
services too. And I'd make damn sure they were hosted outside US
borders so that America's strong privacy laws wouldn't be a factor.
