Pres. Medvedev sends me a quote, then we go to, say, Kim Jong-il,
Ahmadinejad, Bashar al-Assad (President of Syria and the Baath Party
["Baathists" - haven't we heard that name somewhere before?]] ), etc.,
and offer them a hydrogen bomb for Medvedev's price plus, say, ten
percent. So, if Medvedev says "$1 Billion," we say to Ahmedinejad,
"$1.1 Billion." In that example, we clear $100 Million in one fell
swoop!

Now, as to Russian government email addresses, they are even harder to
find! Google "chinese government email addresses," in double quotes,
and you at least GET something! I did manage to find that the Russian
Strategic Rocket Forces are headed by one "General Nikolai Solovtsov."
His email is not readily findable, based on a perliminary search. But
I'll keep trying.
If anyone reading wants to help me locate Chinese and Russian
officials' email addresses, you are welcome! We should work our way
down from the top. If some jackass at the bottom wants to let a
suitcase nuke go for an acceptable price, I still say, "Shove it!
Thermonuclear of BUST!"
Now, one thing I think I ermember reading about somewhere is that
there is no theoretical upper limit to the size/power of a nuclear
bomb. I believe it has been hinted at that one could theoretically
build a massive device that could destroy A WHOLE CONTINENT in one
blast! If anyone has seriously looked into this, I'd suspect it would
be the old USSR. Maybe they secretly even BUILT one? So now, if anyone
had one of those babies for sale, I'm sure various rogue dictators and
terrorist group leaders would be very interested. And think of the
profit margin WE could make on that sale! I'll plan to check this out
with some science sites and let you know (aobut the feasability).

Right. Supernovas destroy entire solar systems, even nearby ones,
with a (large but) finite amount of mass.

Yes. The practical problems (none of them small) become:
* gathering the fissile / fusible materials,
* keeping them from going off prematurely in your factory,
* delivering them to the target continent,
* starting the chain reaction, and
* surviving the cataclysm that will ensue when you succeed.
Micro$haft can do it more easily for you, perhaps with their next
upgrade...

I see no problem with "problems" 2,3,4 or 5; only with 1: "gathering
materials." Even that is not the problem if the customer has the
money.
As to 5: "surviving:" no problem; if rogue dictator or terrorist
plans it right, he blows up someone ELSE's continent; he or his agents
get out of the way on time. Or if he is a "suicide bomber" then no
problem on 5, either.
