increase in the Clinton years was due to refis and the money spent due
to these refis. There are many of these folks now stuck in foreclosure
as they taught Wall Street how to leverage the US housing market. The

And the president has nothing whatever to do with Fannie mae and Fredddie mac. they are not administered by the executive branch. They are regulated and oversaw by the congress, namely the Congressional Financial Services Subcommittee, of which Barney Frank and Chris Dodd were the Chairman and member respectively in the two years before the present date. So get your facts straight. The push by social liberals for Fannie aand Freddie to guarantee loans for low income and racial minorities, who otherwise would not have been able to secure a mortgage, is well known. The dems used the corporations to push their own soial agenda, and then failed to see the foolhardiness of this policy until it was already too late.

loan, and his bank is still solvent. He has no fancy MBA, just local

repay is the scapegoat media played up. It was also true of companies like
GM and others. The same law changes also are visible in other areas.
Canadian ABCP, asset backed commercial paper for example had zero to do with
US home mortgages in reality. Oh, you can find articles that discuss ABCP
and say they had subprime in it, but it was small when you dig into it. It
is a endemic problem to the whole fiat central bank money system we use
today. That is why it is world wide industry wide and not just US housing.
One could say that subprime was the straw that broke the camels back, but
by no means the only problem.

Subprimes are a factor but still not the cause. The catalyst moment was the
drastic lowering of the reserve rate just after Bush took office. When that
happened investors started looking for better returns, and they found those
returns in risky subprime backed securities. If you look at the graphs, the
explosion of subprime lending coincided pretty much with the chopping of the
reserve rate.
Everybody has shit on their hands with this one, there is no magic bullet.

I hope you'll hang in here with me on this because that date sounds awfully
soon, doesn't it. I'm going to explain to you exactly how we will whip

When you type a url into your computer, the url request goes to a
Domain Name Server, also called a DNS.
A DNS is like a phone book which lists which IP address, or addresses,

The DNS identifies the IP address of the url and makes the connection.
You don't have to type in a url into your web browser if you don't
want to, as long as you know the IP address you're trying to connect
to.
For example, you can connect to Google by typing in "http://
google.com" or, if you know one of their IP addresses (Google has
many) you can type in the IP address directly like so: "http://
74.125.45.100".

It's entirely arbitrary as long as it provides a unique identifier.
As evidence, look at the message IDs for all the various posters.
