bush,jr's administration switched their attention from international
terrorism to drugs......then came 9/11...even after NSA Rice was warned.
In simple terms, the kind you can understand, bush,jr and his administration
were INCOMPETENT.
Later, Republicans proposed two more incompetents, McCain and Palin to
replace them.
