Here's to Al not getting arrested for fixing a election.
Are you putting up a front to hide how aroused that photo made you?

Getting arrested for something he didn't do, now *that* would be a
crime . . .
Never been a big fan of his either. His "Pong" and "Stewart Smalley"
skits also sucked.
The main thing he does that irks me is that the core of his humor is
making fun of people's looks (check the titles of his books), when he
himself is one of the ugliest, weirdest looking guys on TV.
And fixing a election isn't a crime?
Are you saying that the Wall Street Journal wrong?

More often than not with politicians, it's what they've got on under

the fact that his only way into the Senate was by way of a corrupt
Minnesota Democratic establishment leaning his direction throughout
this alleged "recount" is more in keeping with the buffoon side of
this serious "politician". The stank of illegitimacy will be
henceforth attached to him, even if he does take the Minnesota seat.
Minnesota also put the muslim into Congress. They are a State that's

"Al [Franken] and [writing partner Tom Davis] had bought their first-

like literally staring at it. I'm off in the distance. I'm in a tough
place because I'm supposedly the executive, but I decided it wasn't my
job to play the policeman.

he has half of that stuff up his nose by the time they knew who it

just done this to their coke or be absolutely decimated, because that
represented about half of the money they had in the world at that

Maybe if CNN, KOS, ABC, Huffington, CBS, NBS, PBS, any liberal
newspaper would do any investigating and reporting, perhaps I could
provide a link to them... but alas, once again they fail miserably at
reporting!
Not according to the Democrat Sec of State's website. There are
examples of precincts with more ballots counted than registered
voters. Maplewood 06 in Ramsey County is one example.

Why did the Democrats thwart a recount of that county? 18 months in
jail for one Democrat and another Democrat decides not to enter the
Governor's race.
Yeah it's a bitch that Limbaugh uses sound bites and no one knows where he

outright too damn scared to face the TRUTH, I will do your homework
for you and give you the links.
Ramsey County, Precinct Name, 0180 - MAPLEWOOD P-06
Their website shows 1176 votes on election day, 93 oversea ballots,
and 2 Fed Absentee ballots.
That is a total of 1271 votes. Their website also shows 1396
registered voters. But now that the recount is finished, they show
1568 votes were cast.
There are 293 extra ballots in this precinct. Where did they come
from?

There were allegations that Cuyahoga County, Ohio have more ballots
than voters for the 2004 election. Turns out, when a recount was to
take place, the process approved a Democrat was found to be a
violation of Ohio Code. The third highest election employee in the
office, also a Democrat, was found guilty.
"The Board operates under the advice and counsel of the Cuyahoga
County Prosecutor's Office. The Prosecutor's Office was specifically
asked to review the recount procedures consistently utilized by the
Board since 1982. The Board was advised to continue operating under
the precedent used for more than two decades. Unfortunately, this same
process has now resulted in indictments based on alleged procedural
defects."
http://www.wkyc.com/news/news_article.aspx?storyid=40043
"Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Bill Mason, long presumed to be the front
runner for the Democratic nomination, surprised many with his
announcement late last month that he would not be a candidate for
Attorney General in 2006. He cited family concerns as the reason for
his decision."

All I saw was a chart; if that's it, I'd like to call it pathetic,

recounts work, they always find votes that were missed the first time,

Are you really this dumb?? When the county reports that there were

There are so many examples of how franken-stein's votes were counted

absentee votes were counted in franken-stein horrorvilles yet ignored
in Coleman areas....

No wonder you are clueless, this is about election thieving Franken.
Your ignorance on the matter is astounding. Having actually worked
elections, I see though your BS. None of the reasons listed about
explains how there were more votes than registered voters or the
number of ballots cast on election day.
None of your BS reasons proves your point. So what 100 ballots have
smudges, that doesn't change the number of ballots cast. There can be
no more than 1271 votes from 1271 ballots cast one election day.
So what, some were missing at one point. If they were lost, after they
have been found, there can be no more than 1271 votes, because there
were 1271 ballot cast.
Even if they decided that they could determine the voter intent on
EVERY ballot, not matter the defect (over or under voted) there still
should only have 1271 votes. PERIOD.
Any totals that show MORE votes than ballots cast proves there is
something wrong with the recount. END OF STORY.
Why you lack the IQ to understand simple math is beyond me. One man,
one vote. 1271 ballots, 1271 votes. It is simple as that.
But of course, you have proven that you are a blind partisan, who will
never accept any fact that does not support you bias.
> >How far in the gutter will you go to defend a theft of an election?

If the scanners missed the votes, and then they were found in the
manual recount, the total number of votes cannot be greater that 1271
voters who cast a ballots in that precinct.
But of course, your are a blind partisan who doesn't care about fair

As the result of stealing an election. That is the reality of the
matter.

Yes, partisans such as yourself do not care about fair election.
Your point is based in ignorance. Blackwell didn't run the election,
they were ran on the county level.

Missed Ballots
Missed Ballots
Missed Ballots
It. Is. Not. That. Hard. To. Figure. Out.

The reality is he won; if there was cheating (there wasn't), let
the *real* evidence (none) come forth in the investigation

I care very much about fair elections, that's why I keep up the
good fight . . .
