It will take approximately 5-8 years to fabricate them.
We need them to protect our resources from those who some day will be
forced to take them. 20 years ago, there were 3.5 billion people on
Earth. Today there are 6 billion. The population increases in the
world are exponential. The people breeding are not Westerners. They
live in countries that have been denuded of and they have spoiled
their own natural resources, principally, water. These people will
not sit idly by and die, they will come after our resources. We need
the muscle to eliminate them once they try.

With the Russians and the US poised to cut nuke levels by a third
through the SALT talks now is not the time to be proliferating nuclear
weapons. We are protected by the American nuclear umbrella.

The Americans could be one of the countries "in need" of our
