Here is a little known fun fact about the Democratic Presidential
primary race. For those of you that don't know, "Super delegates" are
over 800 of the 4,050 delegates in the race. They consist of Democratic
Congressmen and women, governors, other elected officials, and various
unelected party big-shots. They can vote for whomever they want and can
declare their intention before their state even votes. They can even
change their mind later. One of the delegates is former Pres. Bill
Clinton. Guess who he has endorsed? I hope for his sake that he
doesn't push the wrong button, or pull the wrong lever or however they
vote at convention time, and accidentally vote for Obama. Hillary will
kill him!

No. Deep down anyone can see that Obama stands for credible change after
two all-too-long periods with Republican George Bush II.
Deep down I am sure she is running tired of running a race in which she
doesn't fit. She may be in this for the influence, but she no doubt misses
her anonymous time as a lawyer far more than she is willing to admit. The
introduction of their daughter, Chelsea, was a wrong step and is a huge
difference from the years when Bill Clinton was President. Back then,
family was sacred. Now, it's just being used to "win" a state or two.

She may shed a tear or two when she looses but I think - deep down - she
will be happy to go.

[This was one of the few empathic statements about Hillary. :-)]

Thank you for the original post. Both political parties, the
Republicans and the Democrats, are controlled by "special interests"
which have organized to maintain their control of the political
process in the USA (Democratic super delegates are one manifestation
of the same) so that they can maintain their unjust economic and
political control of the USA such that they can further their unjust
political, economic, and social goals.
In order change this situation, the USA should change from it's
"winner take all", "Gerry mandered", and "bought" political electoral
system to some form of "proportional" electoral system.

Last night I had the strangest dream. It was so real, so Life-like and so
vivid I woke up in a cold sweat. Let me describe it to you briefly...

1. Hillary wins the Democratic Party nomination for President Of the United
States

2. Naturally, she wants to choose as her running mate; someone with a lot of
knowledge and experience in government and foreign affairs, someone who is a
seasoned campaigner who could bring a lot of strength to the ticket. Who
better than Bill, her husband?!!!

3. Hill and B. J. go on to win the election in November and the Democrats
maintain control of the House and the Senate.

4. Hillary is sworn in as President on January 20, 2009. The next day, after
all the inauguration parties are over, she calls a press conference to make
an announcement: she is resigning as President!!! Bill, as the Vice
President, immediately becomes President!!! This is all perfectly legal
under the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution, for it states that "no person
may be elected as president more than twice". Bill is not being elected for
a third term but is merely is serving out the remainder of Hillary's
term---all 4 years of it.

5. But wait! There's more! The following day Bill calls a press conference
to make an announcement. He has chosen someone to fill the now-vacant office
of Vice President. Guess who he picks? Why, Hillary, of course!!!

Well, I can see that in your dreams you do not read the US Constitution.
Amendment XII states that the VP must meet the same criteria as the
president. In other words, no VP job for Bill.

Well, I can see that you do not have any kind of a sense of humor, dude. If
you took that seriously, you really are hopeless.
