There's been a major development in the War on Terror. We're making history
... bad history.

This is according to Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) - and I couldn't agree more.

Stand with the ACLJ and Senator Graham to keep the terrorists OUT of
civilian courts.

Add your name now to our nationwide PETITION TO KEEP TERRORISTS OUT OF
CIVILIAN COURTS!
https://www.aclj.org/Petition/Default.aspx?sc=3509&ac=1

Rarely does one decision carry as many national security ramifications as
the recent decision by President Obama's Department of Justice (DOJ) to give
the terrorist mastermind of the 9/11 attacks full due process rights and
access to our domestic criminal courts.

Never in American history have we granted an enemy of the state a civilian
trial and given them the platform of a civilian court.

Fortunately, Sen. Graham has raised his voice in clear opposition to this
crucial misstep by the Obama Administration and Attorney General Eric
Holder.

He is introducing legislation in the United States Senate that will prohibit
the trials from being moved out of military commissions. The ACLJ is
working vigorously to assist Sen. Graham in this effort.

Join with us, by signing our online PETITION TO KEEP TERRORISTS OUT OF
CIVILIAN COURTS calling for the U.S. Senate to pass the Graham Bill and
reject DOJ's efforts to try terrorists in domestic courts and then use our
website's forward-to-friend tool to urge those in your circle of influence
to do the same.

Thank you for standing with us in this crucial campaign. God bless you.

According to al-Qaeda anyone is a military target.

Doesn't your Koran teach you that lying to the infidel is OK with the
Deceiver?

Psalm 137 is a story of Arab percucution of Jews.

Regarding Israel, GOD said: "I will bless those who bless you, and I will
curse him who curses you. All of the families of the earth will be blessed
in you."
(Genesis 12:3) <== (this is why the "Islamic world" is in ruins)

Regarding the reestablishment of Israel, GOD said: Now therefore thus saith
the Lord, the God of Israel . . . Behold, I will gather them out of all the
countries, whither I have driven them, in mine anger . . . and I will bring
them again unto this place, and I will cause them to dwell safely: and they
shall be my people and I will be their God .

Israel in 1948)

God Bless Israel!

God Bless America!

How do we know he's an enemy of the state until he gets his day in court?.
Oh that's right... he confessed. After he was tortured, as the govt has
admitted.

Amazingly from the same crew who now howl and weep over founding fathers
and who are now all quite suddenly "constitutional" and tea bagged.

> mastermind of the 9/11 attacks

Crap speak.

First it was the heart of evil and need to be hated but soon forgotten
bin Laden who masterminded the attacks. Osama, that is, not the rest of
the bin Laden family who did business with the Bush's and were flown
immediately out of the country after the attacks.

What ever happened to this war on terror? What ever happened to never
ever challenging a President during war time? How is it that all this
weepy dissent is not helping the terrorists to kill our troops?

How does it feel to be traitors to your own patriotic standards? Possibly
taken way too much for granted that 'standards' and 'patriotism' have
anything to so with this.

Huh?

Not me, I'd round every Islamo-fascist up in America that the CIA/FBI has
evidence they communicated plots against the homeland or so much as text
Islamo-fascists in Buttphuccistan about the weather.

Patriotism without action is like an Christian without a purpose

What? Are you people just plain stupid? Have you already forgotten
the trial of Moussaui, the trial of the Muslims who tried to bring
down the towers with hand-planted bombs, the trial of Patty Hearst,
the trials of Abbie Hoffman, Bobby Seale, the Black Panthers, and the
Chicago Seven? Never in the history of the United States has this
nation ever denied any civilian a fair trial for crimes committed
during peace time. That's what the United States is all about.
Senator Lindsey Graham should resign his seat immediately.

KSM is not a soldier and any soldier should be appaled to have him
considered their equal. And if this trial is not sucessful it will be
the fault of the conservitives who out of hate for Obama will find
reasons to free KSM.

What? Are you people just plain stupid? Have you already forgotten
the trial of Moussaui,

Moussaui was captured inside the USA. KSM was captured outside of the USA.

the trial of the Muslims who tried to bring
down the towers with hand-planted bombs,

Again, individuals captured inside of the USA.

the trial of Patty Hearst,

Captured inside the USA, AND American citizen.

the trials of Abbie Hoffman, Bobby Seale, the Black Panthers, and the
Chicago Seven? Never in the history of the United States has this
nation ever denied any civilian a fair trial for crimes committed
during peace time. That's what the United States is all about.
Senator Lindsey Graham should resign his seat immediately.

All of these are American citizens captured inside America.

The Gitmo Five are all non-Americans captured outside of America during a
time of war and are charged with wartime acts against American interests.
You must remember they had declared war against America long ago, even if we
did not move to a wartime posture against them. Just because we did not take
them seriously before 9/11 does not diminish the acts of war they committed
in the name of a war they instigaged.

Wait a minute!! Are you suggesting that a successful attack against
the enemy during wartime is a criminal act? Let's go on with your
assertion that we are at war. Is bombing a strategic building in a
major enemy city a warcrime? Let us not forget that the Twin Towers
housed important financial institutions that were essential to the
United States carrying on a major war. Let us not forget that both
the CIA and the FBI maintained facilities in the complex. In your
scenario, the enemy carried out a legitimate military operation
successfully. We can hardly label that a war crime.

What can the Obama administration do now? Can Obama order a military
inquisition for attacks that result in collateral damage during
wartime? Can the military tribunal sentence the accused for bombing
buildings, for causing the collateral deaths of thousands of civilians
when there is a war going on? How is that going to play at The Hague
where some consideration is being given to warcrimes trials for
American leaders for bombing Iraqi buildings and killing thousands of
Iraqis?

<JS>
No, it is specifically NOT a criminal act. It's an act of war and should be
dealt with as a wartime act. Wartime acts are not always acts that should be
tried, but those that are caught should be held somewhere where they can't
repeat the act(s).

But, no matter what venue you want to use to prosecute the so called crimes,
civilian courts are not the right place.

<JS>
Obama does not have to do anything other than to continue to hold the Gitmo
Five at Gitmo.

He can halt the waterboarding if he wants to, but the detainees at Gitmo
belong in Gitmo, not New York. He (KSM) does not need to be tried anywhere,
he did what he did and he admitted it. He has no rights beyond the battle
field. He entered the battle field knowing full well where he was going and
what he was doing.

When the War on Terror comes to an end, then perhaps the Gitmo Five can be
repatriated.

They have committed no crime that can be tried, just as the Japanese that
attacked Pearl Harbor committed no crime or the US Forces that dropped bombs
across Germany committed no crimes.

If KSM is freed, it will be because of the liberals, not the conservatives.

I am you new leader. Don't bother with voting. I already voted for
myself. I spend a lot of time using my ham radio and learned that most
of you are too stupid to govern yourselves, so I'm going to do it for
you. If you have any question you can find me in rec.radio.shortwave but
don't bother me with trivia. I have important business to take care of
getting rid of all the blacks, jews, greasers, and ragheads that are
ruining America. It is the land of the free and if any of you don't like
it, leave. I don't need you in my country.
