individual's 11-year-old daughter has been reduced to extremes of pain,
resulting her daughter recurrent hospitalization treatment of illness
which cannot be diagnosed. It's now also apparent to this individual
that her three-year-old son is on the receiving end of externally
induced auditory input.

entered the victim's home and use their weapons to seriously attack the
victim & her children from many directions. The unexpected injuries

to induce illness/death on the patient or injure victim (causing serious

With God as my witness, I would say that life control surveillance
system
& remote life manipulation exists and is currently being used on law
abiding citizens. This conclusion is made based on facts (which have
been reported in newspaper articles, books written by scientists, books
regarding covert researches, articles from professional journals, etc).
I have reported the abuses of life control surveillance system & remote
life manipulation (and this type of technologies) in my articles to my
best knowledge. Therefore, I will never change my conclusion on the
subject of life control.
The life control system is the Taiwan's national surveillance system
from the early of 1960s. This should be the same in the US and many
other "free countries" (The mind machine was acquired from the US by
Taiwan's security officers. In Taiwan, the name of mind machine is
translated as "Psychological Language Machine." In Mandarin Chinese it

installation of high power lines. Since receiving that threat, the
individual 11-year-old daughter has been reduced to extremes of
pain, resulting in her recurrent hospitalization treatment of illness
which cannot be diagnosed. It's now also apparent to this
individual that her three-year-old son is on the receiving end of
externally induced auditory input.

How am I positive to say that life controllers can use the invisible
sound or radiation wave weapons to manipulate people's lives without
most of victims' knowledge?
I would use the below formal document to prove my words.
The following information is a report on nonlethal technologies,
issued by the Council on Foreign Relations. Although this
information tell us that the invisible sound or radiation wave weapons
are the specially designed by government to against terrorists and
drug traffickers, these career officers (LEO) and operatives can
also use it to manipulate people' lives.
That's because this information has proven that these invisible
sound or radiation wave weapons can be used to injure victim from any
direction without victim's knowledge.
Furthermore, it does prove that the invisible wave weapons currently are
in the hands of law enforcement officers (LEO).
Since these LEO (& operatives) didn't use these invisible sound or radiation
wave (so called nonlethal) weapons on any terrorist in the cases of NY WORLD
TRADE CENTER Bombing & OKC Bombing, it has shown these weapons actually used
to manipulate or kill regular people's lives in surveillance system
However, LEO claim that these weapons will be used to against terrorists.
Under such kind of excuse, LEO can request our government to develop &
transfer these invisible wave weapons to LEO.

and clarify it.

Let's read the main clause of above sentence carefully-"this be

not know where the attack is from. That's because this attack done

I would remind readers the reported cases of Microwave Harassment &

The above cases tell us that these victims did not know where the
attack was from (even they know that they were injured in the first
case). It does prove that the document of CFR tell the truth.
Now, let's read the subordinate clause of this report carefully-"or

sound or radiation wave weapons without victims' knowledge.
It means that after the life controllers use the invisible wave weapons

become mind control basic units. police officers become life controllers

Why do I call these weapons life control weapons instead of
"nonlethal" weapons?
That's because (as mentioned earlier) the frequency and
intensity of these weapons' can be adjusted and used to
manipulate citizens' health (when it is used on low
setting) or induce death on citizens (when these weapons
are used on high setting) & make the deaths look like the
result of natural causes.

<1>. Radio-frequency weapon--This powerful and deadly
weapon have been mostly used to a powerful, deadly,
high frequency weapon and mainly used to destroy a
victim's heart function anywhere (to murder people

to destroy the function of the targeted person's
heart. This would make the target to die for heart failure
and as if s/he had a heart attack on surface. Furthermore,

<2>. Laser weapon: The laser beam can penetrate anything and
it can be used to injure victims.
The laser beam weapons not only can penetrate everything,
but it also can cause seriously injury on the victim
without leaving external evidence.
From HEADLINE News (10/21/97), the CNN affiliate, did a
story on laser eye surgery on eye patients and showed that
the surgery left no injured evidence (on the eyes). This
means that after the laser surgery had been performed on
the patient's eyes, it doesn't leave any evidence of injury
which can be seen by human's normal vision (because the
width of the laser beam is so small, and it only burn off
the very top layer of the eye).
We know that classified technology will be ahead of
civilian technology by at least five years. So, if
civilian scientists have successfully developed this laser
surgery technology, it has shown that the US life
controllers must have similar capabilities for many years.
Such kind of laser beam attack can be used by the US life
controllers to injure the citizens' hearts or kidneys to
induce heart or kidney dysfunction (on the targeted
people).
Also, laser weapon can be used to seriously & quickly
injure victims without leaving external injured evidence.
That's why the corrupted life controllers can use this
laser weapon to manipulate people's lives in surveillance
system and avoid being held responsible by the law..
Comparing with victims' reports and my own experiences of
being injured with laser beam, the US corrupted LEO & operatives
usually use this weapon to induce heart dysfunction & kidney dysfunction
on their victims.
From above new reports, it also proves that polices have
used this weapon to control local citizens' lives from
surveillance station.
<3>. Infrasound weapon:
According to Defense news reported that on Dec. 15, 1992,
Janet Morris stated that she and the Richmond,
Virginia-based International Health-line Corporation
"have briefed senior U.S. intelligence and Army officials
about the Russian capabilities, which Morris said could
include hand-held devices for purposes of special
operations, crowd control and anti-personal actions."

With God as my witness, I would say that life control surveillance system
& remote life manipulation exists and is currently being used on law
abiding citizens. This conclusion is made based on facts (which have
been reported in newspaper articles, books written by scientists, books

Why?
Based on the inside information, this invisible (including

brotherhood of Subud, and graduated from the Silva course in
advanced mind control. She has been conducting remote
viewing experiments for fifteen years. She worked on a
research project investigating the effects of mind on
probability in computer systems. Her husband, Christopher
Morris, is a former judge and a key member of the American

On 12/3/95, HEADLINE News (CNN affiliate) reported that the
"Remote Viewing" method of CIA is based on telepathy and the
use of psychics.
To avoid some readers from being confused (or even mislead)
by this type of news report, I would like to express my
opinion about it.
According the "Headline News" report, the CIA claimed that
this "Remote Viewing" technique only uses telepathy.
However, intelligence agency will always hide their
technologies and true capabilities. Since this cover story
was intentionally passed on to the press, it has shown that
this information should be used to mislead people.
People should remember that before the CIA's "MKULTRA"
program was exposed to our society, the mind control
research was kept as top secret. Furthermore, intelligence
agency didn't admit the "MKULTRA" program even existing to
the society before the program was exposed.
According to following information, the later experiment in
Montauk Project which is similar as Philadelphia experiment
also use psychics to locate the dimensional tunnels.
That's because the ship & AL Bielek only went to another
dimension through interdimensional travel since he neither
went to past nor to future of the world by this ship.
However, Al Bielek should have been brain washing (according
to his own words) and misled in 1983. Thus, the experiment
in Montauk Project should use the psychics to find the
interdimensional tunnels but not time tunnels. Therefore,
if remote viewing is the similar experiment as Philadelphia
experiment, the use of psychics should be also used to find
the interdimensional tunnels. Thus, using psychic is only a
part of the remote viewing project in order to send men &
equipment from a point to another point through

the location of Saddam's scud missile launchers? I don't
think so. These launchers are mobile and when the US war
planes are in the air, Saddam's radar warning system will
warn Iraqi soldiers to move these launchers to a safe
location for hiding. So, the US won't find these launchers.
Only because PSI-TECH company has the technologies of
invisibility & interdimensional travel for operatives to
search or spy (with their single seat transportation which
are installed with equipment, weapons & propellers, etc.).
Therefore, the invisible operatives can track these moving
objects, so these moving objects' final location (position)
can be found.
So if the "Remote Viewing" is only used for telepathy, then
I disagree with the claim that "Remote Viewing" can be used
to locate Saddam's Scud missiles launchers. It also means
that remote viewing technology should be involved with other
scientific technology (e.g. invisibility and
interdimensional travel). That's is why this PSI-TECH
company is affiliated with the CIA.
So obviously, this "remote viewing" should be related to the
top high- tech application of invisibility and
interdimensional travel, but not only telepathy. I deduct
that the cover story for "Remote Viewing" was released by
the intelligence agency to mislead the publics. So the
people won't be worry about the technology of invisibility &
interdimensional travel (remote viewing) could be used to
invade people's privacy. However, to avoid securitym leak,
the name of such kind of technology can be changed at
anytime (e.g. mind control research had used different
code-name for their project--such as BLUEBIRD, MKULTRA,

Now, I would further clarify my view points:
First, according to the article of "Non-Lethality by Armen
Victorian, Retired Major
General Albert N. Stubblebine (Former Director of U.S. Army
Intelligence and Security Command) and Alexander are on the
board of a "remote viewing" company called PSI-TECH.
Neither of these two people mentioned are psychics, but they
are on the board of the PSI-TECH company.
Next, most of PSI-TECH employees are former intelligence
agents and former military officers (as reported in Ms.
Victorian's article), none of these individuals are
psychics. Furthermore, Ron Blackburn, one of the employee
was a former microwave scientist (see details on above
attachment).
Third, According o the above report, JANET MORRIS has been
conducting remote viewing experiments for fifteen years. She
worked on a research project investigating the effects of
mind on probability in computer systems. Comparing with Mrs.
Janet Morris' academic background, she is only related with
electronic technology or mind control and not related with
psychics.
Fourth, Bigelow is recruiting "top draw" personnel to study
fringe science subjects including Remote Viewing, UFO's,
etc. in R. Bigelow's new Nevada-based National Institute for
Discovery Science (NIDS). Bigelow is obviously an top
scientist in research remote viewing & UFO and not a
psychics (see details on following

Fifth, Col. John Alexander is also on the board of PSI
company & the head of NIDS (see details on following
attachment) and both units research & develop on the
technology of remote viewing.
Col. John Alexander, a leading expert of US psychotronics,
describing Soviet development of psychotronic weapons,
Alexander stated: "The ability to ... CAUSE DEATH can be
transmitted over distances, thus inducing illness or death
for no apparent reason.". The psychotronic weapon would be
silent (and) difficult to detect. Considering with
Alexander's jobs, he is related with remote viewing, soft
killing technology and mind control, the above facts prove
that the technologies of remote viewing must be also related
with life manipulation surveillance system.

electronic harassment focusing on her children) killed one
child in an effort to protect her from further pain.
Another individual, during a telephone conversation, was
told by an employee of a local power company that, if she
value the lives of her children, she would drop the her

lines. Since receiving that threat, the individual's
11-year-old daughter has been reduced to extremes of pain,
resulting her daughter recurrent hospitalization treatment
of illness which cannot be diagnosed. It's now also apparent

If you claimed that the activities of inducing illness/death was from
government, the FL. Governor Lawton Chiles would not be induced brain
hemorrhage in 1995 and assassinated by the involved local LEO & operatives
from surveillance station/system (see details on my web-page Part XVI).
That's because FL. Governor Lawton Chiles was really representing the
State Government than any other involved local LEO of Florida in the
democratic society.
Since FL. Governor Lawton Chiles' inducing brain hemorrhage & death was
obviously not directed by the US President & might only be involved

local law enforcement have used the mind control equipment (microwave voice
equipment-Voice synthesis) and life control weapons (microwave, infrasound,
radio-frequency weapon, electromagnetic pulse weapon, etc.) on civilians.
Therefore, the state and local law enforcement have become mind control
basic units. The police officers become life controllers of local people
in surveillance stations/system .
Why do I call these weapons life control weapons instead of "nonlethal"
weapons?
That's because the frequency and intensity of these weapons' can be adjusted
and used to either induce illness on citizens (when it is used on low
setting) or induce death on citizens (when these weapons are used on high
setting) & make the deaths look like the result of natural causes. I would
use one of these weapons to further clarify it.

Also, the target will always feel a strong pressure which focus on his heart.

judge Preston Battle and requested permission to withdraw his guilty plea and stand
trial, which would have opened up the whole conspiracy, including the mystery man, Raoul.
Under Tennessee law, it would have been *only* Judge Battle, as the sentencing judge, who
would grant such a review. As he was considering the case, Judge Battle was found dead,
laying over Ray's petition! Supposedly, "heart failure"! (We call *that* a "CIA heart
attack").

Ray spent *years* winding around the courts, trying to get a *trial*! Finally, in 1976, a

Miller died -- supposedly a "heart attack". Then the other two judges issued a written

agreed with them before he died; we have only their word for it.
We believe both Judge Battle and Judge Miller were murdered at crucial points in the Ray
case.
The Patty Hearst case went up for grabs because the trial judge, Oliver J. Carter, died
of an alleged "heart attack" just before passing final sentence. Kept out of the trial
was documentation showing the involvement of the CIA with the so-called "Symbionese
Liberation Army", interwoven in the case. Instrumental in the cover-up were stories of

Based on the widow's claim and the way which her husband died, this case had attracted a
lot of attention. According to insider information, the victim was killed by Taiwan's
corrupted LEO & operatives with radio-frequency weapon to avoid the top secret of
invisible technology & invisible operatives can directly induce illness/death on victim
from current surveillance station/system

2.The corrupted LEO & operatives can use theradio-frequency weapon to attack a target's
heart muscle from target's back. The powerful radio-frequency will force the target's
heart beat to increase dramatically. The artificial heart attack will have the symptoms
of sweating, weakness, nausea, etc. That's because the radio-frequency could attack on
different part of body.
The corrupted LEO & operatives will then increase the intensity of the rado-frequency
weapon on their target in order to force victim's heart beat increase extreme high. The
sudden abnormal & extremely high heart
beat rate will cause the victim's heart to fail. This is achieved (when the high
frequency is focused on the victim's heart muscle) causing the person's heart beat to
increase continuously until the heart fails (thus killing the victim).
It means that this weapon can destroy a target's heart function (cause victim's heart to
stop working) with two different ways in a kilometer range.
It can either be used to kill the targeted person directly by destroy his/her heart
function, so the person appears to die from "heart attack" on the surface; or force the
target heart beat increase dramatically (extremely high heart beat will increase
continuously until victim's heart fail).
It will force the victim to have abnormal heart beat and cause the person to die from

With God as my witness, I would say that life control surveillance system
& remote life manipulation exists and is currently being used on law
abiding citizens. This conclusion is made based on facts (which have

The life control system is the Taiwan's national surveillance system from the early of
