The sky is falling... the sky is falling!!! We are in no such state! It's
simply political scandal 101. They come... they go... we never go to
a state of war over it. We are in a permanent WELFARE state, which
is much more dangerous than political muckraking. Economic calamities
are much more dangerous to our social well-being. Your argument
leans more toward wanting such a war, than complaining about
that possibility.

Politics has been with us always... we know to shrug off such scandals
as part of the political process of the fight between two diverse agendas,
unfortunately with little belief in compromise. It's the price we pay for
liberty, because the domination of a society with one agenda having
completely marginalized the other to a point that those others are put
in prison or executed simply for supporting another agenda is called a
"dictatorship."

Obviously individual political malfeasance that rises to the level of criminal
under laws in a democracy need to be addressed and punished under the law,
with the initial presumption of innocence rather than a political witch hunt.
But your argument seems to presume that anyone who is a liberal needs to
be incarcerated.

Your argument is that the left was just anti-Bush (which is not far from
the truth, IMHO, but I'm a bit to the right, and I was anti-Bush), and yet
the exact content of your own beliefs shows the right is just anti-Obama,
as you have shown yourself to be over and over.
