I estimate we can do a revolution insanely quick, quicker then you
can ever dream ... from nobody knowing anything to having installed a
new Government, it can be done in /days/ ! It seems insane, but it is
possible to have a new gov in order within /days/. This is also due
to modern communication equipment. Provided you can reach all (TV,
Radio, etc): one day of informing, the next day revolution, the third
day gov formation and consolidation. Crazy ? Theoretically possible.
We can have a new Government before you've finished eating the food
in your fridge/closet. That's a strategic asset right there.
Time for action has come, to charge ahead with full force, with all
available force.

more docs of course, the job of most people is then long done, the
job of the delegates just began. As long as some delegates know what
needs to be done, they can help those who haven't studied it. Since
there is at least 50 delegates per local council, if 10% of delegates
makes some effort to read the minimum they will tell those who don't
know. In any case, what needs to be done on the first day of council
formation is almost nothing, only the Constitutional obligation.
Once the gov is installed and has build itself up to the national
council, then the real job starts: restructuring the economy, a job
which is going to be pretty demanding probably. However it is all
prepared also: just a matter of reading it and doing it, adding common
sense along the way.
Time for debate seems over. Nobody has a better plan then this, in
fact nobody even has any plan, not even a bad plan. This is it.
It should work. You can blame me if it doesn't (provided you did
follow the plan closely enough obviously, don't bother blaming me
for your own fuckups).

These things are *big*, hence you got to look at the smallest of all
things first: how much food / water do you have indoors. When
revolutions happen based on the masses, and the economy is restructured,
that's the essence of the nation, food production/distribution is likely
to suffer at some point.
It seems that there is no motivation with anyone to do these things
nice and slow. Hence, it is now waiting on this society to go the
way of all broken societies, which is down the cliff. Since that
constitutes an emergency at some point, it seems likely that immediate
and maximum speed revolution is called for instead.
You don't know how to do it, you never thougth one minute on the
problem. I do know how to do it, I spend my whole life thinking about
this and related issues. So, just go for it, thanks. Do bother to
investigate it sufficiently to know that you agree to the goals and
what will be the end results.

Please do use extreme paranoid mode. You do not know, and
I do neither, whether there is some task-force out with a view
of destroying these works, making lists of people, or seeing it
as grounds for people to be put on the "eliminate" list.
Hence, if you download it would be nice if the enemy doesn't
know
- who you are
- where you have placed the copies
And that you
- don't know how many copies you made,
- or where they are, either.
Once the theory is safe, that's a first victory against the
enemy. I'm not really sure if they can still win after that,
perhaps not. :)
34 MB is quite a big file, but burned on "just another 1,- CD,"
what's the hurt, right ?
If the enemy feels they can not erase the info, then they might
not even bother to try (as that would entail risk).
